Bought a MINIPC from Geekom - what a mistake. PC would not connect to keyboard or mouse. Bought a new Keyboard and mouse as I thought this was the issue only to find out it was the PC So more wasted money Severy emails chat messages and 10 days later I get a response of "we sent you an email on Nov ##
telling you how to fix!! I never received an email from them (not in junk either) I purchased another make from Amazon as I needed for work No they do not want to allow me to return Awful customer service I cannot believe Amazon deals with them If there is anything wrong be aware Geekom will not support you

PC is simply a piece of plastic with stuff inside that does not compute. Time constantly changing, PC constantly crashing. If you want a decent PC for about a week, this may be the product for you, Anything longer then maybe look elsewhere. Do not buy for business.

Ordered Mini IT11 over a year ago directly from the geekom.de site. Works as advertised from day one. Slapped Ubuntu 24.04 on it lately besides Windows 11, works well. I had some pre-sales questions about delivery to Croatia and the customer service was OK.

I'm sorry to say this, but I've purchased 2 different Mini PC's from GEEKOM. 1 of them completely died. In the process of buying a 3rd, I found that their Customer service was AWFUL! It took me 3 days to finally find a phone number associated with their company. They don't answer phone calls there either. But after many emails, I finally spoke with an actual person. She was clueless! I was trying to return the item. She gave me instructions on how to refuse the shipment. Of course it was delivered anyway. I had to go to 3 different Fed-Ex locations to find a place to return it from. Then I had that person mark it as a Refused/Returned item. I took a pic of that transaction. I have had nothing but problems with trying to get a refund. It seems like they will do anything NOT to give proper customer service. I read all of their policy's on returns. I've tried to follow their instructions, done all I can do, but... I've come to the conclusion that I won't receive a refund, and that's not even the reason I returned it. Regardless, I don't trust this company, I will NOT ever purchase another thing from this company, period. And if anyone sees this post, I would encourage them to STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

They ignore you completely.
Don't buy from this company, they have no customer service in Australia.

It's all based in China and they just don't respond, they don't care.

You can email them 5 times in a day and they may not reply for several days.

They also lie about their traffic and have fake "200 people are viewing this" type messages all over the website which is a total fraud.

Even their support pages have the same fake traffic counter amd of course fake reviews about their customer service.

Avoid this frustrating mess at all costs if you want any kind of communications prior to, during or after purchase assistance.

Decent products, horrible service, you're on your own once you buy.

I purchased a Geekom AMD Ryzen™ 9 8945HS approx 8 weeks ago. 4 weeks after loading the file set and basic apps (Office and a couple of other programs) it started to develop instabilities in the graphics. At eight weeks it crashed and was unrecoverable. I attempted to contact Geekom customer service. They did not respond at all to enquiries sent by email and thru the enquiry form on their site, and a week or so later, still haven't. Trying to contact them through their bot, got a 'Hi' 12 hours later, and then nothing further after explaining the problem and referencing the messages sent to them. Not a word. Support was not in Aus; it's in China and a different time zone. Their 3 year warranty appears to be totally worthless. After giving up on them, I managed to reboot, reconfigured the BIOS, and loaded a new environment. So far so good, and the machine seems to be operating better now than with the factory loaded software which appears to have been an unstable build (particularly with the graphics). I would highly recommend reloading the O/S as soon as possible after purchase, although I suggest there is a moderately high level of risk when purchasing from this company. You are certainly on your own, and there is effectively no warranty or after sales support.

I have been using the Geekom computers for a while now, replacing my old boxes here and at Church. They build great quality computers that take up little or no desk space if you mount them on a monitor. The speed is great, ports enough to make the useable as multi monitors. Update. I originally gave Geekom 2 stars because they were totally unresponsive, but they did eventually respond and were very helpful.

I bought a Mini IT11 from their US website. After about 6 months the Wifi connection started dropping. I discovered that despite advertising a reliable Intel AX201 Wireless LAN in the specifications, my unit in fact had an inferior Realtek device installed.

They accepted this was not ideal and are replacing my device. It's a great computer and you can't beat the price, but customer service is SLOW and they really shouldn't ship product that doesn't match the specs they advertise.

Bought mini pc July 3rd 24 power adapter failed tripping my circuit rcd after resetting it adapter did not work I contacted Geekom and explained they replied saying had none in stock could I purchase one and they will refund from elsewhere I replied I was not happy then I received a message saying they were closed for 6 days Chinese holiday not happy so much for their customer service now without a pc after spending over £800

I bought a mini PC from Geekom and I really love it! It is the fastest PC that I've ever used and is only the size of 2 credit cards laid edge to edge. It has the ports I need as well as convenient support for dual monitors. It is very quiet and I've never experienced crashes on it. It is very well designed and engineered.

Many services are automated, navigating the website and store is easy, customer service is available and good if you need it, the terms and warranty for their products are excellent, better than going through amazon and purchasing additional extended warranties.

I purchased two different models of computers from Geekom in the space of two months. Both were delivered quickly, and the vendor communicated well. I have since asked some questions of support and they have responded immediately. We are very pleased with both computers. They exceeded expectations.

My Alder Lake version worked right out of the box. The instructions were easy to follow. The ordering process was seamless. The support is really there in the event of a question. I have been surprised the small package delivers so much. I will buy a more powerful unit in the future too.

GEEKOM really cares about their customers and the products that they sell! They will go out of their way to make sure the customer receives the product that they ordered and if it's out of stock they will over another product for the same price! That is my experience with them! I had ordered a mini air12 but the model that I wanted was out of stock so they offered me another model that was in stock and I said yes! It was shipped out right away and I got it in 3 days! The model they sent me works perfectly! I call it my mini beast! Thank you GEEKOM!
