Just had a great Montane shell jacket from Gear-Zone and the service was impeccable (along with the jacket and the price!) Great communications let you know what is happening every step of the way, use them with total confidence, if you're not happy they offer no quibble returns too.

Bought a pair of Merrel Moab GTX shoes on Gear zone site, cheaper than any other i could find, dispatched following day, with me the day after, good coms , updated by e-mail when dispatched etc. Would definately use again.

Gear Zone had the trainers I wanted in the colour I really wanted at a good price. I had never ordered from them before but thought I would take a chance and they came up trumps - delivery was quick and free and I am now enjoying running in my lovely new purple shoes!

This is by far the best site I have come acroos and offers good quality stock at reasonable prices. Easy to navigate--the only gripe is that it would be good to know the stock levels before getting interested in a product. I choose 3 waterproof jackets only to find that they were out of stock. However got what I wanted and was amazed by the speed of despatch--paid 8pm monday and received in Scotland wed morning. This is so much better than waiting for special offers to come up so that you can go into the site when you actulaly need items rather than responding to specila offers. The offers are always good.

After an initial problem with the website, which turned out to be a broken link, my order was taken over the phone. The service was professional and the lady I spoke to was very helpful. Delivery was prompt and it was helpful to have a text and email to confirm the time of delivery - gerenally a really good service.

Bought the climbing shoes for a really good price, below many other retailers. They arrived within a couple of days of ordering so really happy with the service.
