Very misleading company
Very misleading company. I tried to sell an Iphone to them that was in great condition thinking I'd get more than with Apple. They received the phone and told me it was stolen (lie - we bought it directly from an Apple store and owned it the whole time) and it was in poor condition. They offered to just recycle it. I said NO and to send it back. They took several months to do so. Finally I received it back and took it to Apple where I was able to trade it for over $150 credit on a new phone. So glad I did not have them just recycle!! Also - Apple confirmed that phone was in great condition with no scratches, etc. Big waste of my time. I recommend to stay away from this company.

Tried to cancel the order because I didn’t order it to start with. Couldn’t get it cancelled because it supposedly shipped. Then was informed it had been delivered but never got it. No clue where it ever went or how it was supposedly delivered from what company and I’m out $167

Think twice before selling your phone to Gazelle
I sent in a used iPhone 12 to Gazelle. It had a few scratches (cosmetic defects) and they offered me a price 1/2 of what was originally offered. They claimed major scratches and low battery holding capacity. I originally bought this iPhone for my son a few years ago. Anyways, I declined their offer. After promising me to return my phone over a week ago, the USPS tracking still shows preprinted label, not sent yet. I have a right to decline their low ball offer and get my phone back as promised.

Phone still has not been delivered. Have emailed Gazelle twice. Zero response. I called (had to wait 10 minuted to speak with Rep). It is now July 6th, still do not have an update on when phone will ship.
