Maybe the worst phone system I have ever experienced at a doctors office.

The doctors and staff are nice professional people, IF you can ever get to talk to them.
The phone system for this doctor's office just may be one of the worst I have ever tried to use. The phone VRU prompts sending you in circles...endless hold times.... finally getting to talk to a person only to be forwarded to someone else... more endless hold times. Its really frustrating... makes me wish I had not chosen this medical provider simply because the phone service has been so bad.
