Terrible service

Terrible service, prey on the desperate. This company work on behalf of a an agency. 24 hour plumbers. I had a flood, and the plumber who came from this company did not know how to fix. Decided (with no need to do so) to turn off all my water and claim that isolated the leak. Charged £155 plus VAT. Only answer they could give 'call an expert' originally said they would refund due to dispute, but retracted the offer at the first chance they had. There really are after a quick buck and prey on the desperate. They make up jobs to charge for the hour and leave you in a worse position than when they arrived. I really feel for anyone who has used this service before.
