Having studied in London for the past few years, I've had to move around a fair bit and therefore I have experienced a number of different letting agents. I can safely say that Garrett Whitelock have been the most professional, helpful and generally just the best at keeping the whole process running smoothly. Lucy was immediately friendly when showing us around the flat - and equally efficient when it came to securing it for us. The property is managed by Kerri who has so far been eager to keep the lines of communication open, providing us with the necessary information and solving whatever teething issues we've experienced with the move. Also as a side note their office was really nice and welcoming, which is a good plus. All in all, from our experience so far Garrett Whitelock deserve 5 stars for their service, and I look forward to working with them more in the future.

Terrible estate agent, rude and careless people to tenats.

Decent company to dealt with. They were quick to response to my initial enquiry and the service stayed the same throughout. Everyone seemed to know their stuff, and even once I moved into my new home, they were quick to respond to any issues I had, despite technically at that stage their job being done. Customer satisfaction obviously means a lot to them.
