Update: Ross has contacted me and explained his situation: started a refund and informed me that he has arranged for my item to be posted and one received can send him the funds. I was clear that all I wanted was some communication, I buy a lot from resellers and support these types of business. So far so good and my faith is partially restored. In fairness to this I had changed my rating and will do again. I will try and buy others bits from Garmz Factory once this is resolved.

So the saga. Bought an item on 19 July, nothing, no coms no item. Tried contacting on every media, nothing. Wrote a review and within a day I received a poor email saying that there was a security risk as the delivery address was different than the billing address. This was from Ross the owner. He said if I would like the order to be fulfilled, please confirm. I did and still received nothing. Now the value is irrelevant and I now notice that the web site has no stock, perhaps gone bust! A happy medium would be to place a note on the site explaining difficulties. So, it's fair to say that regardless of how much this will cost me, even if Visa will reimburse, small claims though the UK system is underway. No Phoenix will rise from this. Explain Ross and all may be left aside!

Purchased an XXL Ghost Hoodie (Black) and it ended up being BNWT. Very pleased, and it was a great experience working with them. I did catch them at a super busy time (had a few huge restocks in a short period) so it took a day or two extra to ship, but they managed my purchase and got it taken care of before the item even hit the site (I purchased from IG Story.)

I've only ever purchased from Stone Island Flagship, or Holt Renfrew, so this was a leap for me but I never would have found the piece otherwise.

Shipping to Canada was very affordable, and the item came in 9 Days.

Solid guys, solid piece, and I will be purchasing again.

Very poor service ordered my item over 2 weeks ago and still havent received it even though i paid extra for next day delivery shame on yourselves now im 250 pounds out of pocket when i try to call the number doesnt work and these never reply to emails disgusting appaling service i will be taking legal action

Unfortunately a website error led to the despatch of the wrong size item, however I got in touch with Ross and I was treated with respect and great customer service.
