Order not delivered on day requested
When checked with company told they would look into it and let me know
The following day the order turned up with no warning from company and my order was wrong ordered bulk bag of one thing and one of another received two of the same.
I will now buy my goods from somewhere else

Great customer service , very good website easy to understand explained and description on point
Was able to choose a delivery date , my chosen date was just 3 days after placing my order because the price was so competitive. The driver phoned me to inform me he had arrived which was on the day I had chosen, was polite helpful and patient a great quality for a delivery driver placed the pallet as directed and very neatly. And the best was the fine composted bark that I had ordered wow perfect . On top off all this the delivery was free. Very happy with the service I received and the product purchased.

The soil was fine
The soil was fine, but the delivery driver left it on the verge as they had a hand fork lift and refused to go on my drive. In future I will only use hiab delivery.

I'm sorry that the delivery couldn't be placed in your preferred place.
Although delivery is only guaranteed kerb side, our delivery partners do try their best to position the delivery in the preferred place, however there are circumstances where this wont be possible, due to health and safety or concerns about damaging a customers property.
This is however very rare, and so i would be keen to look into this in more detail for you.

Decent price and good product. Problem with delivery date caused by system fault which meant it arrived 4 days later than initially ordered.
