Excellent range of well priced products.

Really excellent experience shopping with Garden Street for the first time - it certainly won’t be the last.
Website was informative, easy to filter and compare and the products are true to life.
Communication was excellent and delivery was too.

Do not buy very poor quality parts missing door does not aline roof leaks screws missing l bought 2 together had to dump both on the local recycling tip as they are not fit for purpose very unhappy also when try to contact poor customer service :(

DO NOT WAST YOUR MONEY!!! After 2 deliveries, 1 I refused due to manufacturing fault and 2nd delivery I found that half the parts were damaged, they refused to replace or collect and refund, don't be fooled by using PayPal because of it being a large amount they require you to provide an impossible document! So not only do I have a poor quality, poorly manufactured useless damaged product taking up space in my garden stacked under tarpaulin but I am also down nearly £700!!! Absolutely disgusting, Shire is a joke and Garden street isn't far behind. Thanks for the biggest headache since my mother died in June, God forbid I try to do something nice for my kids after such a tough year! Frustrated and absolutely fuming. Seriously don't waste your time or money here

Delivery was prompt and sooner than expected.
I have noticed a fault on one of the panels where the welding has come apart which is a little disapointing.

Poor quality communication, didn't return calls, required prompting and chasing. From 13th June-17th July- Disappointing experience.

This is the second time I have used Garden Street and once again it was a hassle free ordering process and prompt delivery. Would use them again and recommend them to friends.

Pleasant engaging staff with what we were looking for left us to decide, delivery was quick and time to suit placed were we wanted in the garden.
Beautifully designed table and chairs really well made which is hard to find these days, Extremely comfortable cushions are all well made all of the set is waterproof though we have bought a cover for the winter.
Price was brilliant compared to other companies online and around and not as good material.
Would certainly recommend to visit

Great company to deal with, delivery was arranged about a week after ordering with a date / time slot agreed. Log store is really good quality, heavy duty treated timber that looks like it’ll last for years and simple to assemble. Most log stores we looked at were made from rough sawn timber and quite flimsy despite costing more than this one so think we’ve got a great deal. Highly recommended!
