This company has outstanding customer service. There was a problem with our initial order, outside of Gardening Naturally's control. They contacted me about it over a bank holiday weekend and had completely sorted it out within a few days. I would highly recommend them

Requested information about a product that I could not find on the website and received a very clear response that answered my query (tube extensions). I have also been very happy with previous purchases for tubing and netting.

The walk in cage to protect soft fruit is a good product and it was despatched very quickly. It went up easily and I am very happy with it.

But the problems I had began once the goods were in the hands of the courier company. They give a whole day timeslot (0800-1800) for delivery. I stayed in on the day specified and nothing came. (The package was going to be over 2.2m long so I didn't want it to be left on the doorstep). They didn't come that day. I found their contact details but only got an automated 'not our problem' response. I then got another delivery date, but could not stay in all day and returned home to find that this large package had just been left on the doorstep and the packaging was badly damaged. A part was missing, presumably having fallen out of the large hole in the base of the package that had been torn by poor handling.

Gardening Naturally provided a replacement for the missing part quickly and I am very happy with them and their products. But they really need to get a different courier company and I won't be ordering anything more from them until they do.

I was surprised and grateful for the over and above customer service I received. The customer service manager really tried hard to resolve my issue and didn’t stop until there was a satisfactory outcome. Thank you so much for all your help

My order arrived promptly and the vegetable cages and netting are very good. I left something out of my order that I needed (a pack of joiners for the corners) and they responded to my phone call immediately and offered to send the pack to me straight away and free of charge. I am impressed with the service and the quality.

Five stars for this company! I initially had a problem with the delivery of my order by DHS and was advised by them that the parcel was ‘lost in transit’. On contacting Customer Service at Gardening-Naturally Caitlin quickly arranged to send another order out at no cost to me. This arrived two days later in perfect condition and I can’t thank them enough! Communication was excellent and they couldn’t apologise enough even though it was the fault of DHS, not the company. Many thanks all, it was a good experience in the end. Highly recommend this company for their reasonable prices, choices and customer care.

One item damaged in transit. Phoned customer services. Immediate and excellent response and new item on the way. Cant praise them enough.

The product arrived! We opened one box found the product to be very poor quality and so organised through Amazon the return to the supplier! Who then claimed to have not received the packages and told us it was our loss not there’s! So we set about tracking the packages down only to find the courier was able to provide proof of return to gardening naturally more than 24 hours before gardening naturally had informed me they hadn’t received them! After this revelation Gardening Naturally claimed that one package was damaged and only returned half my money! I am now persuing Gardening Naturally through both Amazon and the small claims court. I have video evidence via cctv at home and ring doorbell as well as supporting cctv from the Spa shop I returned them at( thankfully it’s my local shop) that clearly shows the packages remained undamaged my end! I would warn others about the quality and dishonest practices of this company! REMEMBER YOU DONT KNOW WHAT YOUR GETTING UNTIL IT ARRIVES! Sadly after that well you know the rest! I bought two containers made from recycled tyres. They will not only last for a long time, but they are beautiful too. I was having trouble with the delivery company and once I contacted Gardening-Naturally the problem was immediately remedied. I would use the company again

I needed to clarify some instructions and required a replacement part for my fruit cage.
I rang expecting to go through several stages and a long wait.
The guy answered quickly and withing 5 minutes I had my queries sorted out and the promise of replacement parts to be sent out.
Incredibly I received them in the post the next day.
I am so impressed with this service and would thoroughly recommend them and their products.

The catalogue is excellent! I like the online one but prefer the paper one as I can pore over all the bits I (might) need.

The items I have purchased have always been of really good quality too - and, when undertaking projects (like my custom sized fruit cage), the assistance from their customer service ensured I bought only what I really needed - and it did save me time, money and I am delighted with how it turned out.

Orders are turned round quickly; they are appropriately packed to ensure they are delivered without damage and the quality of goods is extremely good.

Took delivery of tubes etc for veggie cages today. I was on phone so DHL driver just waved.
When I looked at the box one end was half open and the several bags were unsealed except for one...the clips. This meant that there were bits of plastic joiners and foot ends loose in the box and I'm not sure if any have been lost in Transit. I have had items worth two quid delivered with infinitely more care and better packing than this. A bad experience.

Ordered a brassica cage which is nice and sturdy. No issues at all.

Unfortunately, one of the poles was squashed at one end when I came to put it up, so I couldn’t put one pole up. I contacted via email and they were excellent. I received 2 replacement poles 4 days later.

Good quality product and my issue was resolved really quickly with excellent customer service.

An honest, reliable, professional and a fantastic team. They provided, thorough excellent advice on a project I was working on, and at great competive price too.

I purchased (February 2025) two large wooden garden planters (SKU: BWBL) - half barrel effect from Gardening Naturally. Note the word 'effect' - it's not the real half whisky or port or brandy barrel in real life.

On reflection I should have given more consideration to the weight: 1.9 kg - or just over 4 lbs. I should have thought about it being highly unlikely to get a really solid, durable product of that size, at that weight.

I can't argue with the details given by Gardening Naturally, and I think it will do the job if filled and planted in the final location it will be in, but as the handles seem only just about able to support the 1.9 kg empty weight of the planter, there is no way they will be able to act as carrying handles when full.

(One of the handles has a loose screw which I'll need to fix.)

Indeed I would think it unlikely to be moved at all unless emptied - which, to be fair, is probably the best scenario from a safety point of view.

I expect it will at least be into the autumn before I can usefully comment further, and if I'm spared I will try and do so.
