Tree Stand Quality

Purchased a tree stand (retail cost £295 so I had high expectations) and it arrived with so many scratches and marks. I contacted customer services asking for an exchange and they said ‘The marks shown in your images are purely cosmetic and will not affect the durability, functionality, or lifespan of the tree stand in any way. Due to the individual nature of the manufacturing process, we unfortunately would not be able to provide an exchange that is entirely free from such marks.’

Nowhere on the website does it state this, or manage the purchasers expectations, I am extremely disappointed with the product and service. Do better Garden Glory!

My name is Linda Brattlof and I am the founder and CEO of the company.
I have reviewed the case and your communication with our customer support.
I have also looked at the images you sent.

Our tree stands are all made by hand in a cast mold and it is impossible to make such big pieces as this kind of product without having tiny tiny air bubbles/marks. But they are hardly visible when looking at the hole product itself. We have sold this beautiful item for 3 years, it is very much appreciated.

With this said, all customers have 14 days to return an item if not satisfied, so do you, but we have not received any request to return it. Please let us know if you want us to provide you a return label.

If I could give a zero rating I would

If I could give a zero rating I would. Hose ruptured in less than a year and I accepted a replacement. The replacement product ruptured in less than TWO months and they refuse to provide a refund and even question the use of a hose. So unless you never use it and store it away, it is a useless and expensive product and the service is unacceptable. I will now have to take this further to get my money back.

silver "root" Christmas and dark fantasies

I purchased the silver "root" Christmas tree stand and the dark fantasies hose kit which is the black hose with the black antlers holder and the spray gun. I was worried at first because I never received a receipt via email and I never received a shipping notification. But my order arrived promptly 6 days later and I opened it last night. This hose set, though I know is an extravagance (that Im incredibly grateful I was able to get for myself as a little pick me up after a difficult couple of years) is everything Ive ever wanted in a gardening hose. Its beautiful first of all. The packaging was so secure and all the boxes and pouches for the parts are just lovely touches. I was able to easily click the hose and handle together and I used it for the first time today. No leaks, no kinks, and no issues so far. My husband will mount the holder to our outside wall tomorrow in the back yard and I feel so thrilled about the whole thing. When I first told my husband what I spent on this he was aghast but when he saw it today he was like "This is a really nice nozzle! Oh those antlers are cool! Wow, ok so yeah I like it". I mean it really is the coolest looking thing.
I obviously wont be using the tree stand until the holidays but I did unwrap it and it was stunning and heavy and just so cool. So I am very happy with my order and Im really looking forward to enjoying my hose all spring in the garden and my tree stand in December. Thank you Garden Glory!

Product is substandard. Quality control to be stepped up!

I ordered two garden hose and antler bracket sets, but both were damaged. They keep replacing them, but they keep arriving chipped or the holes in the brackets don’t align with the nodules on the horns. It’s been a very frustrating couple of months trying to get this sorted and although the customer service team have been very patient and accommodating, it’s sad that the product is a disappointment.

Finally I received a set that wasn’t chipped as I recommended that they bubble wrap it, only to have the nodules not align again with the bracket which means that the bracket doesn’t sit flush to my wall. The whole thing rocks back and forth and feels very loose.

So disappointed with this “luxury” garden set.

We have been selling these products for 10 years, it is very seldom a customer of ours get her/his products damaged twice. But we don't own the shipping companies, we strive to make sure we work with the best shipping companies, but it is very hard to control everything from our side. We have been quick making sure you are happy.
If you still aren't happy please get in touch with our customer service, you can always return the products and get a refund. We are here to make people satisfied, sometimes we don't succeed. Sorry for that.

Large Lion Pot

I ordered the large Lion pot on May 18, 2023. I still have not received it 2.5 months later. Every time I emailed asking about the order status I was told it will be mailed next week or at the end of the month. I checked the website for this product 2 weeks ago and it said it is expected to be mailed in mid August. I just checked the website again today and it says mid September. They are selling a product they do not have.

We totally understand your frustration. It's very frustrating for us as well, we strive to exceed our customers expectations at all times, but sometimes things happen that we cant control, as these pots. We have been told by our supplier that we can expect delivery of it in May, then they told us the sea shipment was delayed and that we could expect delivery in June, then July etc. We are very sorry for keep you waiting. We finally received them last week and they are all to be shipped out coming days. I guess you have been offered compensation already. Again very sorry. Linda

Leaking connections

The hose itself is very pretty. Excellent packaging but the connectors leak! I reported this and was told to read the instructions?!! You don't need a PhD to connect a hose... Beautiful, but unfortunately due to the leaking connectors, unpractical.

No idea when items will be shipped or arrive

I ordered weeks ago. One item was to be "shipped at the end of March" - nothing has been shipped yet as far as I can tell. Waiting for a response. The products look nice and it is an interesting concept, but I still have no idea because I am waiting to see when anything will even be shipped. A suggestion for whoever is running Garden Glory - give estimated arrival times for items and give updates. If you dont know when something will be ready because of your internal production delays, be more transparent about it. Will I ever get the products? No idea/no idea when.

Ordered a week ago from their website…

Ordered a week ago from their website that said same day dispatch (reason for my order). One week on nothing dispatched and the only response i've had is someone in the warehouse is "Looking into it". I've requested a refund to order else where (as I had a time scale) and have had no response despite requesting this twice. They debited the £185 on day one and never sent any order confirmation either so had to mail to to get an order ID. Not great. It shoulnd't take a week with no feedback when your order is misplaced/lost at their end to get it sorted.

01. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown (L).

02. They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at like 10am. We got to hotel super early and I didn’t wanna wait. So this was a big plus. The sevice was exceptional as well. Would definitely send a friend there.

03. I had a wonderful experience at the hotel. Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! Thank you! Will recommend to my colleagues!

Love my gold hose

Love my gold hose. Bought this one for a gift as I had been given one a few years ago and I absolutely love mine. My friend was thrilled. Not only is the hose beautiful but it is excellent quality.
