Ordered in April, expected delivery mid June. Still no delivery date on 6th July.

Very pleased with new shed flooring, very good quality, and looks great.

You promised me my shed in 4 to 6 weeks from the order date in late April. A succession of positive updates from you gave me confidence that this date would be met, which was important to me because of a major social event I was planning in my garden for the end of June. I booked someone to demolish my old shed and erect the new one in time for my event. You then let me down. The shed was eventually dumped on my drive 2 days before my event. Too late to do anything about it, but causing extra work and time that I couldn't afford to find somewhere to store it and move it piece by piece. I was then angry enough to rate you as 1 out of 5. You're lucky you got a 3.

I would have put zero stars but not possible - so given minimum!! Please avoid buying from this company. I purchased a small greenhouse in February, and what followed was a complete ordeal. It arrived in early April with wood that was bent and crooked, visibly poor quality, multiple missing parts, and workmanship so rough it looked like it had been hacked together with an axe. Metal screws were used where wood screws were required, and there were no instructions included at all.
The customer service made the situation even worse. It was clear the support team had little understanding of the products they were selling, let alone how to resolve issues. I requested several manager call‑backs—none ever happened. After much back‑and‑forth, they attempted to replace the broken parts with more broken parts. I had to upload photos three separate times because they couldn’t identify the components, even with part codes they supposedly recognised.
The delivery process was equally chaotic. One driver arrived to collect the damaged items but didn’t even ring the doorbell—he simply dumped another pile of broken parts by a skip in my driveway. The next driver tried to sneak in and leave yet another load of unusable pieces, but thankfully my husband stopped him and made sure he took the original faulty parts away. We refused the replacements entirely due to the appalling quality and ended up buying what we needed from Wickes instead.
The grooves for the perspex were so poorly cut that the panels couldn’t even slide in. You genuinely couldn’t make this experience up. The managers appear nonexistent, the quality is nowhere near what you’d expect from a UK manufacturer, and the entire process was beyond unacceptable. I’ve reported the company to Trading Standards because the situation was that ridiculous.
What was meant to be a thoughtful birthday gift turned into a nightmare. And to top it all off, you can’t even leave a review on their website.
Please don’t waste your time, money, or patience. Stay well away. And finally, I have been in touch with GSD on so many occassions and nothing has resolved this. If they cared as a Company they would be contacting all people with bad reviews - they have our details, instead they add some small token we are sorry blah blah blah ...dont fall for this crass response

Absolutely disgusted with this business. We went for a shed from here. There was no help in regards to how to build the shed other than follow the instructions which are not very clear. Since having the shed up we’ve had nothing but troubles. I tried to contact them for support and what they would advise to make the shed sturdier and better weather proof and no one replies or answers the phone. With the amount of money we spent with them some help would be minimum for a service.

The greenhouse is very good although it took a bit of manipulating to get it straight and solid. Some pieces of wood trim were incorrect length - shorter than detailed on the parts list - so had to find a workaround. But otherwise this was a good purchase and the finished product looks amazing.

So, we ordered the Carmen Summerhouse, waited extra to get it pressure treated (which we wanted) but then the time came for it to be delivered, all parts came, some parts damaged and some parts missing including the fixings kit! The fixing kit got delivered today, but all the screws, nails were all thrown together mixed up in the same bag!! How is this acceptable, absolute joke of a company.

This company is a total farce. I advise anyone thinking about buying from them to save money, frustration and time and go elsewhere for a decent product. They are relatively cheap on price but the service and the quality of the product are the worst that I have experienced. It took a full six months to get the product delivered including replacement parts. I erected the shed as per the instructions and thought that all in all although flimsy and requiring some tweaks to get it right that it was ok. Now three months later having let it settle as per instructions it is in a terrible state. Gaps between planks, the door is so warped that it doesn’t close. I’m thinking of knocking it and starting again with a new shed. BTW. The ‘glazing’ is Perspex. I could load pictures that would make you laugh at the quality.

The delivery was okay but the quality of wood wasn’t the best. A lot of of the wood was warped and it didn’t have any pre drilled pilot holes so there was a lot of guessing games. The delivery took over 6 weeks which I wasn’t aware of. I probably wouldn’t buy from this company again.

I was kept abreast of the delivery dates and had constant emails. I have yet to put the shed up, but it all looks great.

The Quality of the product is good. The instructions are very poor. Parts that need assembled are not on the instructions. Part descriptions are sometimes short of info to identify the correct part. Significant number of parts delivered that are more than you need. This creates confusion during the build process as you think you have done something wrong. I'm guessing these are meant as spares in the event of transit/assembly damage. I don't have an issue with getting extra parts but tell me so that it does not cause confusion. The roof assembly instructions are the worst encountering many of the problems mentioned above. I wish i could add a photo to show the number of extra wooden parts. The parts require quite a bit of adjustment to make then fit.

Absolutely shocking!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM unless you have money to waste!
We had a professional shed builder put this piece of crap together and he was so embarrassed for us!
Split wood, warped panels, panels were warped, and the floor panels differed in size from front to back, preventing the wall panels from aligning straight. It's held together with staples and roof felt no thicker than a paper towel, one storm and it will be gone!

The quality is so bad and damaged, with knots in the wood that had come out.
The windows (plastic flimsy film) is a joke, how trading standards haven’t caught up with these thieves I don’t know!

A five-year-old could have produced a better shed, and yet this company has 20 years of experience—in WHAT I ask? Taking people's money, that’s what!

This company has no customer service. We purchased our 12 x 8 BillyOh Switch Overlap Pent Shed and it took 12 weeks to get it.

We had to chase our shed delivery multiple times and that’s if they could be bothered to answer emails and then give false information. If I worked for this company I would be deeply ashamed.

Why sell such shoddy goods? Why give such a false timeline? You are taking people's hard-earned cash and delivering goods not fit for purpose!

I have never dealt with such a lovely and helpful person as the lady Haley she was so nice and couldn’t do enough to help I highly recommend this company xx

Delivery was slower than hoped, only when I complained did they prioritise the order. The delivery itself was fine however the quality of the wood was low. I was able to build it with minor problems but I do believe for the price the quality of the wood should be better.

Do not buy from this company !!! Save yourself months of upset and disappointment avoid at all costs . We received our Freya cabin in January and paid extra for the upgraded version only to receive something that could only be described as shoddy, poor quality wood bent parts that do not fit wrong parts received wrong replacements received endless phone calls and chasing emails , 6 months of unnecessary stress . The easiest part of the whole experience was for them to take our money !!! After that they don’t care at all most of ours is damaged , no refund no adequate customer service at all which I may add is in a foreign country and they haven’t a clue what you have bought and so after sales is non existent.please don’t make the same mistake that we did by purchasing from them .

The shed is so bad that we had to take it down and are awaiting them to arrange a collection - something theyre currently unable to do? Why is this?

The gap for the windows too big. And the plastic they go into are bowed. Shed is not 10ft but apoarenrlt is with overhand- there is no overhang but okay.

I currently have a chargeback in with the company as they are not collecting their item which is shoddy. I think ill get my money back from PayPal before they even collect this damn thing.
Oh & dont start me on the delays and how long it takes.
Do not waste your time - send you to an Indian call centre who cannot do anything either.

6 months on….Initially we gave a bad review for the lack of delivery the the wrong of missing parts, which took 4 weeks to rectify.
This time it’s about the quality after 6 months. All I can say is shockingly bad. 30% of the logs have twisted or bowed causing a total shift of the cabin to the right. the doors and windows will not open due to the excessive movement, 1 door bowed that much the glass almost popped out. I have 10mm gaps either side where you can see daylight as the logs have bowed that much.
And mylen from garden building direct tell me this is normal settlement movement. What utter rubbish.

This is not our first log cabin, so we know what to expect with timber expanding and contracting, but expecting us to accept this as normal movement is a joke.

My suggestion is to spend more and go elsewhere.
