Shambolic, Poor Quality
I would give it less than 1 star if I could.
First of all, three pieces of the delivered shed were covered in black mold and others had some minor damage, they arranged to send out replacements.
It took three weeks to turn up and one of them wasn't even a part for the type of shed I'd ordered!
Didn't deliver on the days they said they would so I wasted annual leave and missed delivery on the days they eventually turned up.
Told them to cancel the order and refund me which they agreed to do. Rather unsurprisingly they didn't turn up on the collection date that I confirmed on their email, so there's another day wasted.
The customer service line is just a glorified tracking service to tell you it's scheduled for pickup/delivery, can't deal with complaints or why things have gone wrong.
Shambles of a company, avoid like the plague.

Takes longer to build than you think
Trying to pay for it was a bit of a trial but with help from sales team all worked well.
Delivery earlier than anticipated but not a problem.
Some of the wood was bowed and the windows and doors did not fit without some adjustments. However, their leaflet says don't make adjustments. It would not fit without. Nails sent for flooring. Nails not used anymore due to them popping back up so screws should have been supplied. Gaps to wide for the flooring so more bearers required to enable the floor to be stable and not bouncy. These were purchased locally as we were in the middle of the build so couldn't wait for you to deliver more. Two extra boxes of screws also purchased to ensure a sturdy build.
We would also like to meet the 3 people that can build this in 4-6 hours! All up and looking lovely after 3 days of 2 people putting together.
Lots of spare bits sent but no idea why

Not worth the money
Took longer than expected to arrive , turned up with some damage and bits missing , poor quality and instructions are all wrong . Had to buy more timber and make cuts ect to get it to fit properly . Would not recommend this company for a shed or workshop ..

I purchased a log cabin in 2024 for business use, and since the day it was erected I have had nothing but problems. The quality has been extremely disappointing. The doors have never closed properly and continue to be a problem to this day. There are significant gaps throughout the cabin, and the roof has leaked on multiple occasions.
I have provided the company with photographic evidence showing these issues, with screenshots and photos taken in 2024, 2025 and 2026. Despite this ongoing evidence, the company has been unwilling to provide any meaningful resolution and continues to dismiss my concerns.
I fully understand that timber is a natural material and that some movement, expansion and contraction should be expected. However, I have owned and used timber buildings before and have never experienced anything remotely like this. The level of movement, distortion and ongoing issues with this cabin are far beyond what I would consider reasonable.
As someone who relies on this building for business purposes, the continual problems have caused significant frustration and inconvenience. Instead of standing behind their product, the company appears more interested in explaining away the defects than resolving them.
Poor quality, poor customer service, leaking roof, gaps in the structure, and doors that still do not close properly after years of complaints. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Communication was amazing , delivery guy was good and helpful.
If I had to be picky I would say in the instruction they gave you a detailed list of all items and a image so you can see which item is what.

Excellent Quality Summer House and Great Service

From start to finish the process of ordering etc been straight forward no issues

Received delivery on checking all there noticed roll of felt missing Phoned customer service missing roll delivered 3 days later

A defective part needed replacement, but this took 2 weeks to arrive. As I'd booked time off work to build the summerhouse (part was for base) I had to purchase the relevant part from a local timber merchant to get the job started.

Don't believe what they say
Don't believe what they say. We ordered in April and still it hasn't arrived in June. Are they legit ot just a scam company?
They say 6-7 weeks delivery but they haven't met that deadline. We ordered in April and now it's June and still no delivery.

We brought a wooden greenhouse 9x6 we started to put it up and there is about 10 to 12 bits missing from it and no instructions how to build it up and when we called them all they was saying I cant hear you call back.
So please don't order from there's people.

Its poor, shocking low quality

This has not been resolved, we have been refused a vat invoice a number of times.
WE ARE NOW TAKING ACTION VIA THE FINANCE COMPANY AND THE OMBUDSMAN AS WE HAVE BEEN HUNG UP ON A NUMBER OF TIMES AGAIN TODAY.
Its poor, really poor! I ordered my cabin pressure treated and it looked like it was treated on the day when it came soaking wet! Of course it dried and warped..this is cheep timber that continued to crack and split when being installed. Its still not up stright and never will be. Its heart breaking that £3600 of poor cheep product is sat in my garden. I need it for my business or i would of sent it back. Im still waiting to hear back from them where i have been over charged but i can see ill being going to the Ombudsman before i get a reply. Personally i would avoid this company with a very wide berth..no duobt there will be we're sorry for this reply from the company, however there not very sorry for being difficult to deal with after taking the payments.

I wish I had read the reviews before I purchased as the quality of the product although delivered when they said it would be.
The quality of the product is quite poor for the amount of money I have spent and would have expected quality control to have been better.
