Impossible to cancel
Got their insurance with my iPad. Went to cancel it but there is no possible way to do this.
The tel.nr on their website is outdated, it does not work.

I bought a phone without getting the explanation that this guarantee would be attached to the product and it would cost me 200€. I tried to revert back to the company through mail and call and whatnot but they are all telling me the same thing. It cannot be cancelled. This company knows only to take advantage and just write oh I'm sorry please click this complaint box and we'll get back to you while in reality they say the same thing again and again and again. I believe that someday, some lawyer will have to sue the company to get it's money out of the company because otherwise they'll just take everything without retuning. This kind of behavior is not appreciated.

I've seen on the internet many experiences as mine!
I had the UN-pleasure to buy my phone at la FNAC Beaugrennelle on January 21st 2022 and they told me I had until February 22nd 2022 to cancel the "FREE" one month gift of insurance (written by hand on the brochure and then received by their commercial service by mail this same info) anyways ... on February 21st, 2022 I try to cancel this and they told me I wasn't able to even if on the mail was stipulated that I could do it ... their customer support is very rude and they yelled at me because apparently, I was not understanding that their system wasn't letting this annulation... every time I tried to explain the dates on the mail received they treated me like If I as kind of stupid, yelling ... finally I WAS obliged to take a 11.99 euros/month plan as they wouldn't let me cancel. I was willing to take the 4.99 plan marked on their brochure but the guy told me that when it comes to an iPhone we are not supposed to take this and the lowest would be the 11.99/month ... this info is not explained in-store nor in the brochure and he accepted it ... saying that this info is only given by phone!!!

i subscribed to the insurance and for the first month the monthly fee was deducted from my account. during the second month my computer had an issue so i contacted the insurance for a solution. i was asked to return the computer and was told after a week or two i will get a replacement computer. A week passed, i was told to waite.two weeks passed and still delays. 3 weeks passed same problem after persistent pressure they finally told me they cant give me a replacement computer and i will be reimbursed after a month. suddenly during that same period they stopped taking the monthly fee from the account and told me my account will be closed if i dont pay. i have complained several times. i was sent an email with a payment link but when ever i try paying the website suddenly crashes.i have tried with different computers and different bank cards and still no way of payment. i still havent received the replacement laptop nor the money. and now they have made it impossible for me to pay and they will close my account. its really sad
