If I could give minus stars I would.

Avoid this company. They are happy to take your money but offer no service. The doors have malfunctioned twice before. The last instance I waited 10 days I was within my 2 year warranty period although they tried to charge me £148 plus VAT which is incredible. The doors stopped working and their response was they don't cover if this happens in general use! What other use is there?

I had missed 2 bin collections as the bins were in the garage. Finally after sending this last email which is in its entirety I had to go back to the developer to put pressure on Academy Doors High Wycombe I believe the developer had to pay them to keep the peace.

'Linda I have emailed you 3 x with no response. The service is shocking. Please sort out the garage door which does not open" She said she would not deal with me because I was so rude!

One of THE WORST companies you can come across. BE WARNED!

Totally lost the tension on my up and over garage door. Rang Academy/Gb doors and they were able to come out the same day (within an hour!). I may have been lucky they were in the area but still great service. The two guys turned up and after about 30 mins everything was fixed. Got there name from a neighbour who had a new door fitted by them who was also well pleased.
