Got my address completely wrong
Got my address completely wrong. Didn't provide a tracking number. After 2 weeks they finally got back to me saying it was a failed delivery (to a wrong address). When I finally got the package it was stuffed to the brimg with some kind of gey dust/dirt that caused me to choke and went everywhere. Avoid like the plague. When questioned customer service refused to apologise and suggested post office doesn't have postcode on file (it does). Absolutely no reason either as to why door number was wrong.
