Poor customer service
I purchased a Hellbender paddle December 2021. I live in snow county so I didn’t get to use it until the following spring. I played with it for about 18 months when it just died. It’s the only way to explain it. It lost its pop and the ball just wouldn’t go anywhere. I emailed Gamma Sports and after a couple of weeks with no reply I emailed again. This time they replied with a warranty form. I completed it with my explanation but never heard back from them.
I would have considered purchasing another Hellbender paddle but since I got no helpful customer service I decided to purchase a Selkirk paddle. Really a shame because I really liked the Hellbender but I don’t want to have to buy a new paddle every 18 months.
