Awesome service, great prices, quick delivery, friendly. Can’t fault them.

Long story short, Gavin allowed me to be indecisive and still sorted everything out fantastically.

So it started with a great price on an indie preorder. I then found a few other things I wanted so asked if Gavin could add those onto the existing order. Gavin was super accomodating and sorted that out. Before the first preorder was available I also ordered another set of preorder items and some more bits and pieces.

Without prompting Gavin split the 2nd order and despatched the items he had when the first preorder fulfilled. The 2nd preorder has now delivered and I couldn't be happier with his service. If this wasn't a mail order and I was closer, I'd drop in to thank him personally.

The owner, Gavin, is incredibly helpful and has very reasonable prices for products. Very good paint selection and Gavin will advise on paint choices too.

Never used this company before and found them fairly randomly, because the only other place I could find stocking the goodies I needed was in the U.S.A.. The parcel was sent out the same day I ordered and arrived the next day. I was so impressed I immediately ordered a load more stuff, which was also dispatched the same day. Can't praise this company enough and, if my next box of Firelock stuff arrives through the snow today, I'll probably not be able to resist placing yet another order!
