I bought a game that never arrived. After four hours, I got a refund because they were out of keys. Selling something you don't have is really shady. Don't buy from here if you want to play the same day!

Ordered game for EU/Worldwide. When payment gone through I got an email from customer service telling me they’ve run out of EU/worldwide codes but that they could help me with a VPN code, which is obviously against the terms and conditions of whatever platform you’re using and risks getting banned and losing all your games. I had to get PayPal involved in order to get a refund.

When i had an issue with my game they didnt do anything to help me fix it, and when i asked for a refund they finally responded with instructions on how to fix my game, i told them a second time i wanted a refund and they still havent responded

Israeli company, refused to send my key unless I gave them government ID for a "fraud check". No other company has ever asked me for this. Avoid at all costs.

Sold me a key that doesn't work in my region. Scammers!

Changing browser dosnt even work

Product is legit, but awful setup. Took about 3hrs for my code to arrive, once it arrives you have to download a vpn to redeem the code (their free Bon services are outdated so I had to go get a free trial)

Overall it is a legit site, but it’s a lot of hassle to get your game, I would recommend buying from elsewhere.

Bought a key, waited 3 hours, no key. Went to sleep and woke up to an email that had arrived about 6 hours after purchase. Instructions to link steam profile address and accept a friend request to be gifted key. Sus af but I have 2fa on steam so went for it. Didn't receive friend request or gift, website then tells me the game is the wrong region. Thankfully paypal refunded me right away - they must be used to this bullshit website.
After I got my instant refund, gaming dragons emailed me to ask why I'd disputed the payment - even though the dispute tells them everything they need to know.

Ended up paying a little more on K4G and received my key instantly.

No contact and no live service after purchase, very dodgy website and I regret using. Thankfully I used paypal and so can get my money back.

Region of key was incorrect. Requested refund, but they only removed the incorrect product key from my links. Never refunded, ended up going through PayPal to get my refund.

Customer service was rude the whole time. Don't buy anything from this company or its parent companies (UGK Games).

Google mail account was attemptedly hacked 20 mins after purchase, key did not work either, avoid, scam hackers. DO NOT FILL IN THE PERSONAL DETAILS IF YOU MAKE AN ACCOUNT!

I ordered a game new game for a cheaper price on the website, overall it was a pretty fast process. The only thing that bothered me is that you have to send them your id for verifying after purchasing the game. The support team was very friendly and helpful. You have to use a VPN to redeem the game key but they had a really helpful explanation how to do it with a free vpn for android, ios and Windows. Overall I am pretty happy except of the verification stuff.
