Misleading Sales Process - Avoid

Purchased Xbox Live membership
No mention of 'additional security checks' during checkout. Conveniently after they have taken your money these so called additional security checks want personal information.

Not only does this make you feel you are being scammed but also means you have to wait hours to get the code for your purchase.

Not worth the couple £ saving, will avoid in the future and use cd keys and G2A.

After taking money they required a security check and more personal information

Bought a $0.65 Steam code for a 2014 game and AFTER THEY TOOK THE MONEY they decided they needed to do a security check on my account (FOR 65 cents for a digital product) and may require more personal information. Don't do business with them.

EDIT: This 2-star review is now a 1-Star review. They cancelled my $0.65 order due to a security check failure though my PayPal account is legitimate. If they're publicly traded, short them. They can't survive by treating customers like this.

EDIT2: Bought the same thing on G2A.com and had it installed in seconds after paying. It was more expensive but worth the no-hassle treatment.

No issues, easy to purchase

So yeah,

I bought a game using their cloud activation system but obviously took precautions as they are literally logging into my account, after the game said activated, I changed everything back to normal and whoopdy-do it works as a charm.

I got 12 pending charges on my card…

I got 12 pending charges on my card after making a purchase.. one went through and I still have 11 pending charges. I hope they do not go through and if I were to use a card with a smaller balance this would put me in an awful place! Please fix! I'm happy with my purchase otherwise. It was a seamless process to get the Steam Gift.
