Miss sold a product and would not offer a refund.

GAMES CRUSADE is a rare jewel in the modern retail market. It’s independently owned and the staff are all passionate and knowledgeable about what they do. I often chat with the owner and staff and only do they always make time for me. You can really see that they genuinely care about what they do. I’m always so happy to be able to support a truly local and independent business. They have a fantastic range of games that would suit all sorts of interests and the pricing is completely fair. Anyone who is a fan of any type of tabletop, board game, TCG or even just a good puzzle I highly recommend a visit.

I have followed them on facebook for a while now, never ordered. I have just found a game I wanted last week at a fantastic price, compared to any other online shops. I bought and it arrived in 2 days. I will definitely order again! Thank you so much for your amazing service!

Ordered a few games that I couldn't find anywhere else in the UK - they were delivered within a few days. I can't comment on the pricing as the items were not available from any other retailers, but they seemed reasonable enough. Would gladly use them again.

Ordered a game online which turned out to be out of stock. A staff member contacted me immediately to inform me of the issue and I was refunded straight away.

Although I didnt end purchasing anything else on this occasion I would certainly shop with them in the future.
