Ordered a game Tuesday night, arrived the following Monday. Could have been quicker perhaps, but delivery was free and the game was very reasonably priced so I was very pleased. Game in great condition. Keep up the good work guys.
Ordering online was very poor. My money was taken but my order confirmation didn't show any products. I heard nothing for 3 days then chased and was told the item had been despatched when it hadn't. When it was eventually despatched it was over a week later and too late for my sons Birthday - we opened it a day late only to find that we had then been sent the 'older' xbox 360 console not the one advertised. I never received a reply when I asked why. Purchasing instore may be ok but I'd avoid the online shop - they are not geared up for online ordering
