scammed my money site says chat will be online in 1 hour and its been 3 days and now the site is closed

Paid for 50m osrsgp heard nothing from them for over a week live chat says come back after an hour used these guys for years but now I think company and staff have parted and clearly people are still paying money when this site should be taken down

I won’t lie I thought these guys were solid, I’ve been doing business with them since early July buying up to 100m at a time, normally every other week.
I got my gp every single time no less than 10 minutes, but on this last time, after paying for the gp the payment screen redirected me to a screen that says no one is available to run the gp and to wait 1 hour, also has me leave my information. I put in my info and waited for a response with nothing after the first hour.

I’ve sent 2 more emails within the 24 hour period of time and I haven’t heard anything back. Every time I try to access the site it tells me the chat offline, therefore leading me back
to that same screen.

I haven’t been able to connect with an operator or even get to the delivery service screen to talk to Cindy, Troy, or athur because it still says no one is available to run my GP.
Unless they make this right I don’t see myself ever shopping there again.

Edit: I’ve checked back and it seems the sites been shut down. Please stay away from these guys if it returns online they’ll scam ya
