I have played gameduell for 20 years
I have played gameduell for 20 years. My young daughter used it while using pokemon as she grew up.
Now - I had a communications issue with my phone breaking and purchasing a new device connected to computer.
Problem this happened at Christmas and took a month for me to set up.
Now I went to play after all that and seen I was locked out.
I did not ask to change pass. I was not notified to give me instructions to log back in. Locked OUT!
It is a daily problem now. The manager Melissa finally sent me a code to unlock and it worked one time!
I went to log back the next day(hours) later and I was still locked out. Another manager came on and passed me along with excuses trying to make it my problem. I am sure she could have just unlocked me?
I have a migraine. I enjoy the whole gameduell games. I do know the reports of holding player's back from moving up and so forth has happened to me.
Please after 20 years on a daily basis's or weekly basis's u can see that somebody in management is not following protocal or rules.
