Poor quality control

Faulty fan bearing, defective audio port, and poor build quality on the side panel for my first case, replacement arrived broken, merchant didn’t do anything further. Please do not purchase their products, as I doubt it would be any better in other parts.

Power supply is failing after 2 years

Power supply is failing after 2 years. Gamdias RMA process is broken, and send you automated emails preventing you from completing the RMA. This manufacturer has to be the worst I've ever dealt with.

Manufacturers lie about case size inside

Manufacturers straight up lie about the gpu clearance of their cases. They claim their GC2 has 340mm of gpu clearance. However, after upgrading my to a (*304*mm long) 5070ti and checking multiple times that it will fit, I was shocked to find it is impossible to install as the clearance is much smaller than they claim. Now I will need a case swap, and my new case will definitely not be from here.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.

Was sent the wrong case that was worth 30 dollars less than the one I paid for. The case I received had a faulty fan and was a completely different color and front panel. I contacted customer support manger Flaviano Gonzales, who ignored me the first time and insulted me the second time I contacted them even going as far to blame me. How tf is it my fault you sent me the wrong case.

Wrong model, Missing accressories and F**king Customer Service

I bought 3 packs of 1203 (without hub) on Amazon UK and 1 pack of 1203U (with hub) on Amazon Germany. All were bought from Gamdias. The 1203U from the Amazon Germany store arrived without the HUB, and 1 of the 3 packs from the Amazon Eng store was missing the 3 reverse blades. I contacted Amazon Eng and they said "it would be better if I contact the store to solve my problem"
They gave me an offer for the missing item in the package. The offer was from their reply

"The title issue is a system error caused by Amazon, showing as P2-1203-U, which is our internal SKU name. The correct model you are referring to is P2-1203U (without the dash).
The P2-1203U with a HUB will be available after September, and we will offer you a free package due to the misleading title.
Regarding the reversed fan blade, this must be a factory quality issue. Our PM Team is currently looking into it.
Would it be acceptable if we offer you another free package of P2-1203 (without the HUB) in the meantime?"

I ofcourse accepted their offer. 2 days later them reply me "The P2-1203 (without HUB) is expected to arrive around the end of August, while the P2-1203U (with HUB) is expected to arrive at the end of September."
I need to wait until the end of August for the pakage missing 3 blades, what the f'''?

I can't wait any longer and I want a refund. They didn't reply to me. I waited for them to reply to me for 10 days but nothing. The store tried to avoid solving my problem.

I also reported to Amazon but it didn't work. The Amazon report is a joke.

Probably the worst computer company in America

Probably the worst computer company in America, we bought a computer case from them for assembling a computer for a customer, the LED RGB failed instantly and we reported the issue to “Dennis su” and “Flaviano” both dishonest and incompetent employees of Gamdias. Now its been three weeks and they have not honored the RMA
This company is not recommened to anyone they make cheap flimsy cases and other electronics which are horrible.

The customer service is beyond

Their customer service is beyond. My tempered glass panel recently broke, but I got it from my friend, so I don't have the serial number. THEY WERE SUPER CHILL AND PROFESSIONAL when I emailed them and explained the problem. Within four days, the panel arrived fast and was handled with care. This company is underrated, and I recommend getting a PC case from them.

I bought the gamdias hermes m1 keyboard…

I bought the gamdias hermes m1 keyboard about 13 months ago, now my E button doesnt light up anymore, the left side of the keyboard is completely dead ( the qwertyuasdfghzxcvbn buttons dont work ) and also some keys from the right side too stopped working, it just lasted a month more after warranty. Just 1 month more after warranty? Talk about Quality Control Issues. I dont recommend buying their keyboard , no idea about the quality control of other products....

DO NOT BUY FROM GAMDIAS

I bought a GAMDIAS gaming chair from Amazon India and within a month the chair started having sinking issues. I tried contacting the support center for India via the Gamdias website but to date, no one contacted me back. I WILL RECOMMEND NOT BUYING ANYTHING FROM GAMDIAS. VERY DISAPPOINTED BECAUSE OF NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT AND THE PRODUCT QUALITY.

Warranty is not honored in a timely manner

Caution is needed when buying products from Gamdias. My son's gaming chair is falling apart with the seams on the seat separating. He is 12 years old and 90 lbs so not a weight issue. The problem is that I followed all the steps to get a new seat section under warranty including sending photos only to then be told that they don't have any parts. I suggested that the trim color didn't have to match and it was suggested I take a used seat. My issue is that it has been two weeks since Gamdias responded with no plan or news of when this will be resolved. It is a bummer because my son loves the look of the chair but...
