The daughter came to our home and measured and gave us the estimate we told her wed need a day to talk. I tried calling them back but no return calls, today I finally reached them and the women told me they be out at 1 pm today, they were a NO SHOW and they didn’t even bother to let me know that they decided not to come, This is the worst company that we have ever dealt with and We didn’t want anyone else to go threw thr Hell that they put us threw. Iam so GRATEFUL we did not go with this unprofessional company!!!

I ordered a number of wooden ventian style blinds from GB and had issues with them all, wrong sizes, colours not matching. The last order in october was for two identical blinds albeit different widths and the colours do not match. I managed to contact GB and they asked for photos which were sent, since when their web site has said they are closed for refurbishment and there is no means to contact them. No dount they will re-emerge under a different label and sting some other poor soul!!!!

Fabric samples ordered in September were not received. I have recently emailed Gallery Blinds and hope to receive my samples idc.

I requested sample material for blinds from this company. Regrettably they never even bothered!

Recently ordered a new venetian blind, on delivery found to be damaged in transit informed Gallery they dispatched new blind with no problem very impressed.

The product itself was on the whole of a good quality (despite a crease fold on the left hand side) was well packed, and dispatched in a reasonable time.
However the difficulty came when my husband found that the instructions sent to install the blind bore no resemblance to the actual blind sent. Luckily for me, my husband and son are both mechanical engineers so they were able to work out how to install the blind. For people less technically minded though, this would have been a problem ! I'm afraid to say given this, I would look elsewhere if I was buying this product again.

I ordered some of the PVC wood effect Venetian blinds and they arrived the next day. They were simple to fit once we worked out how to do it, and they are excellent quality. There was a minor problem with some of the toggles being damaged but when I contacted customer services, they couldn't have been more helpful - they ordered some new ones for me and they arrived within a couple of days. They then emailed me and phoned me to check I was happy - truly excellent customer service. I would definitely order more blinds from Gallery Blinds and I have already recommended them to more than one person!

I liked the website easy to use and understand. The colour choice was better than the diy stores we looked at. We would have had to modify any blinds we bought in them and over the three blinds we needed we would have saved about £10 - for a colour we were not happy with.
We received the blinds within the advertised time and they were exact to our measurements. They fitted easily with the supplied brackets. I don't understand why we did not buy venetian blinds before.
So bespoke blinds at bargain price and no cutting and making do.

Ordering my roller blind on-line was surprisingly easy. Received it 5-6 days later as promised, it was delivered well-packed in a strong cardboard tube. Very pleased with the quality & colours of the material. Perfect fit!. Only thing i was a bit concerned about was not receiving any e-mail's as regards to the progress of my order or expected delivery date after the order was placed, but, excellent company, product and service. I would definitely use again.

Ordered the blinds and they came in three days,great product well packaged and fitted perfectly,will buy again.

Only criticism was that there was no notification that the item had been despatched, although I didn't register for an account until after placing the order which would have allowed me to track it.

We ordered bedroom roller blinds following a sample check for colour. We were apprehensive about measurements but the blinds fitted perfectly within the window recess. The allowance made for fitting within the width given was spot on. All despatch and receipt of samples and blinds was quick and efficient. We need more blinds and would definitely go back to this company.

Dealing with Gallery Blinds was an easy process. The blind I bought is of very good quality and great value. Delivery times were spot on and very quick.
Fitting the blind was easy, however the valance clips took some working out at first (I didn't find instructions for this), once I realised how they fitted the job was completed in no time.

Smooth & easy transaction, great customer service, prompt delivery - lovely blinds. Very pleased.

Easy to order with measureing te size of blind you require or the gap you want the blind to fit in. I sent off measurements of the gap I wanted the blind to fit in. Blind arrived within time stated , looked good and fitted really well. Was very easy to put up. would certainly use Gallery blinds again.
