Broken #thirdbigripper

So i purchased my first #bigripper from them on 7/10/19, and it was broken internally within 2 months. I paid 99.99 for it. Not worth my money's worth in my book if you ask me!!!! The second i got for my birthday, 10/23/19, and now this one has broken internally already. Although ive contacted the company when i first noticed a broken glass tube on it upon first putting it together, and one consequently daily after their "solution" making absolutely no sense whatsoever was sent to me. I didnt hear anything back till i wanted to buy another product and spend more money, im going to include my emails, pictures and whatever else i have on here and let you make up your own mind. BE VERY CAUTIOUS WHEN DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY AND ITS PRODUCTS!!!!
