Good delivery but fireworks seemed poor quality
First time ordering off this site, website was easy to use, delivery was quick, price was reasonable, however on the night we used them, multiple cake type fireworks, misfired or didn’t get off the ground, went sideways and this became quite dangerous so we had to put them out in the end.

Don’t buy Fireworks from anywhere else!!
Ordered some last minute fireworks for NYE and they were delivered so promptly as advertised by a very friendly happy employee (this positive delivery attitude is very rare!)
The fireworks were FANTASTIC!! Website very user friendly and useful having the videos of what to expect and a description. Great value and can’t wait for an excuse to buy more… maybe my birthday.

Bought these online 3 days prior to NYE 2025. Arrived safely boxed and delivered by hand. Fireworks were of exceptional quality, lit up our village at midnight and the children were delighted 🤩 will definitely be using again.

Endless Spam Texts
Ordered from them online over 3 years ago (November 2022) with no issues and would have given 5 stars. However, all my goodwill towards this company has now gone due to the endless Spam texts that I never asked for.
Firstly, I never subscribed to text marketing in the first place, I would only ever subscribe to email marketing at most. Secondly, I have unsubscribed from their texts many times, and it confirms I have unsubscribed, but I still get the texts.
Recently got another for NYE 2025 (last one was around bonfire night where I unsubscribed AGAIN!) so I've now forwarded the text to the Spam texts number (7726) for blocking centrally by the mobile networks and have also added them to my phone's local blocklist. I suggest you do the same if you have the same issues with them. You could also report them to the ICO if you can be bothered.
If you look back over their reviews you will see others have reported this and yet it doesn't ever seem to get resolved, despite the company saying they will look into it. They are legally obliged under GDPR to provide a WORKING opt-out link, so they are in breach of UK law here.
