I feel This is a horrible devious company that is happy to let you play and then if you complain or imply that they may have breached rules or regulations then they close your account and then Add your details to GamProtect and get you your accounts with every other casino closed.

This is disgusting, spiteful, petty and Is nothing other than bully boy tactics. They then refuse to converse with you.

Worst gambling site I've ever played. Only play 2 particular bingo rooms which are Bargain Wins & Beats and my days the amount of repeat winners daily in both these rooms is absolutely disgusting! I can think of 5 from the top of my head that I see win constantly. Completely unfair on other people who deposit there money to win and having to sit and watch that everyday! Nothing "fairly regulated" about this site. Completely scam artists. Gambling commission needs to start looking into this and their sister site Ladbrokes which is exactly the same! Shocking.

This site is definitely designed to leave you wanting to fill up features hoping they will open, but they don't. Initially they grant several feature bonuses, then when you start winning, the feature bonuses stop, but sit there ready to burst open making you think they will, so you add more money. It's all a scam.
I set a small weekly deposit limit, then suddenly when I opened up the site one day, was faced with a message demanding I set a net loss and until I did I couldnt enter the site? I was also in the wrong apparently as I made lots of small deposits, rather than 1 big one???
I won 2500 gala points, but couldn't access them as removed.

Trying out several online casinos I came across gala.
Sadly not impressed at all .i Deposited £200 and played a slot game . In that time the feature came in once.
Playing the same game in over 5 other online casinos the feature was multiple times with in £50 not £200.
Gala felt like I should have just handed them my wallet to take what ever . There was just no entertainment value.
Needless to say my trial of gala is over and I will be spending money with casinos that do offer a little more for your money.

Don't bother ! You will spend £30-£50 filling up features on slots to win £5-£10 when the feature eventually comes in .There is nothing random about the slots , it pays when they set it to pay in my opinion . All the slots are the same in the way they work .

Absolute arse of a game. Joined for the welcome bonus made sure I followed all the steps and was eligible and then all my promotions disappeared as I was about to claim.
