Great quality meals to keep me on track. The food always has a generous amount of meat if it’s a meat dish. All meals arrived and on time no problems

The best healthy meal preps I’ve ever had, with them being high protein as an extra bonus! Full of flavour and great to quickly heat up after a long day at work :)

Had one order of 6 different meals so far and they were all super tasty and had the macros available on the packet! So much better than your average meal prep!

Really pleased, super delivery everything was still cold when received. The macros are amazing and really fit my diet and goals. The meals are full of flavour. When you get back from working out it’s so easy to just throw it in the microwave for a few mins and your food is ready.

A few the meals just know that there’s not as much protein in the meals what it states on the packaging. Few the meals say 48 grams protein and had a chewed up chicken thigh. They are nice don’t get me wrong but when your training and need the protein and ain’t getting it, you mays well prep your own meals least your know 100%.

We have been using gainz meals for 4 weeks now and have been disappointed each week. The first 3 weeks we kept having problems with food not being sealed properly, which was very disappointing. This week we received our meals and finally they were all sealed properly but didn’t receive 4 of our replacement meals 4 of the meals weren’t labelled so noway to know when they run out of date, one of the halloumi pasta had barely any halloumi in it and I found 2 hairs in my fajita wrap. So sadly can’t recommend gainz to anyone unless they sort themselves out and are more consistent.

Absolutely amazing! Every single one of these meals that I tried tasted 10/10, I can’t believe the macros are so good. Super convenient when you’re short on time. I do fitness content creation as a job so I’ve always counted macros and I’m also a full time student so I couldn’t recommend these enough for anyone who wants to achieve their fitness goals.

Brilliant meal prep company, so easy to track to my macros too!! Would definitely order from them again!

gainz kitchen meal prep has made my life so much easier. I track my calories and macros so to have these on the website when choosing my meals and also no the packaging makes it so easy to plan my nutrition for the week. the meals taste so good and are high quality, not like any microwave meals from supermakets. so far my favourites have been the mighty meaty wrap and the cajun chicken with mexican rice. I'm definitely going to continue using their meals

The most delicious meals! All the meals I’ve had so far from gainz kitchen have been incredible! My personal favourite has been the katsu chicken curry and rice, it was high in protein and low calorie - the perfect option for a post gym meal! Couldn’t recommend more!

The meals were absolutely delicious! I had 5 and couldn’t fault any of them; just amazing! So fresh and only take 4 minutes in the microwave, quick and easy!!!

I’m a coeliac and the guys at Gainz Health made sure all of my meals were safe for me. They were absolutely delicious, I mostly recommend the katsu curry as it was my favourite. Will definitely be purchasing again once I’ve moved house!

I’ve tried a few meal prep companies and this one exceeds all of those by a long way. The selection of meals is great, Each one is super fresh and you can tell that a lot of effort goes into keeping the meals healthy yet tasty. Would thoroughly recommend, keep up the good work guys 😊
