Annuity purchase experience

I recently purchased an annuity. The actual purchase experience was straightforward, efficient and easy. The transaction followed the time- line initially stated, so there were no surprises. My only complaint is that there is no way to indicate what I want done with the funds at maturity. I assume it will require a call to a Gainbridge rep in the future. I would have preferred to be able to indicate that upfront.

Decent offer with easy purchase's process

Decent return on the FastBreak product and flexibility to choose length. The sign-on process is easy but is limited (not able to enter beneficiaries) as well as the website who is quite simple but lacks functionality like the ability to download transactions into Quicken.
Customer service is excellent, very responsive and fast. For the current time, this product is adequate and is backed by strong financial backing.
I would recommend it to family members and friends who do not need the money during the length term they select.

Exasperating

Not enough information I didn't know if I was the owner AND the first beneficiarie, or just the owner..Or was my wife the first beneficiarie, and my grandaughter the 2nd or3rd..And I had to click the { I AGREE } 10 times to get it to disappear, and I still don't know if it went..
