Do not trust me but buy the armour guard and believe yourself. I have been a honest customer of this kind and generous company for almost 13 years now. And my old died device still have the same guard protector and shining almost like new. They have gone a mile for me and gave a protector for my current device (all over body) not available on their website. I am glad that I trusted their army grade guards to protect my devices while their is a mob mentality for inferior "tempered guards".

I ordered a skin for my samsung phone at gadgetshieldz.com. I used the registered airmail option because i wanted to track my order, but The delivery took a month, and unfortunately the tracking didn't work.
So after 2 a 3 weeks i sent gadgetshieldz an e-mail via the contact form on the website. I didn't receive any reply, so i started the refund procedure with paypal. A week later my order arrived.

I don't have any problems at all that the delivery took so long, but I'm dissatisfied with the facts that my order wasn't trackable, and i didn't receive any kind of response to my question. If they told me the order was on its way, and that there was some kind of a delay I would have waited a bit longer before starting the refund procedure. I cancelled the refund.

The skin is of high quality, and fits really well. application is doable, but takes some time, care and some heat from a fohn.

My advice to Gadgetshieldz would be to put an e-mail adress on the website at the contact page, or to respond to the messages they receive via the contact form.
Besides, if possible a functional tracking system should solve a lot of customer doubts.

One of the best products so far I have ever used. The iPhone screen protector and the watch skins are absolutely wonderful materials.
The more better part is the after sales support they have .
Truly wonderful experience.

Beware!

I made a purchase of 19,30$. The taxes on that is 1,2€, which i'd happily pay.
But because they do not use IOSS, and did not report the import tax. That's even tho their page states "including taxes".
It get's sorted through a domestic import center which chargers a 20€ handling fee.
Including the taxes, the bill is 22,6€. Which i obviously is not going to pay, because i'm not stupid.

I wrote to them 2 times to make them aware of this and asking them to sort the issue. But no response.
So, now my 3 contact is to cancel the order.
The package will get auto returned to sender tomorrow anyways.

What they should do better:

Firstly. It would take very little effort to change the text "includes taxes" to "includes domestic Indian taxes"
Since they use geolocation, it would also take very little effort to add "Does not include import taxes" for people who browse the side from outside India.
Just stating "includes taxes" to everyone, is misleading, regardless of what their FAQ says.

Secondly, they could sign up for IOSS, if it makes sense for their business. The whole point of IOSS is to make it easier for customers, and i suppose every business wants that. If it does not makes sense for their business, that is fair.

Update: They denied refund, even tho their page also states "30 days money back guarantee"
So, basically they're lying about both the taxes being included and the money back guarantee.
I made a complaint against them through paypal.

Fabulous and Unbeatable product from Gadget Shieldz, I have received. It is a tremendous product, and it make my device more valuable and outstanding, gorgeous. Thank You Gadget Shieldz for the product.

The quality of the products is great. The customer service team is even better. I hope you partner is local mobile stores on training them to install skins. Train them for free and increase offline sales.

Kudos to Gadgetshieldz for acting to resolve this issue. Shortly after the initial post I received an email asking for pictures corroborating my issue, which I forwarded. Gadgetshieldz then resent my order, which arrived undamaged.

I thought I would take a chance with ordering some protectors for my phones and a protector and a skin for my new tablet, but it looks like I made a mistake ordering these items. I placed my order on June 8, 2023. The package arrived on June 16, 2023. The completely inadequate packaging (a flimsy cardboard envelope) that my order was shipped in ( to the US from India?) allowed the crushing of of the envelope damaging the screen protectors and skin inside. The products are so severely pinched and creased, attempting to install them would be pointless. I am completely disappointed with this purchase. I was looking forward to having these products installed on my devices, now I have to look elsewhere for protection for my tablet and phones. Not only have I wasted the funds spent on these products but now I have to spend more to protect my items. Just a bit of care in proper packaging would have made all the difference. I would have attached pictures to show the damage, but it appears the gadgetshieldz contact mechanism does not provide for that. I immediately contacted Gadgetshieldz through their website explaining the situation. Their email reply was that a ticket had been created, since then no other communication. That was three weeks ago. I would love to be able to come back and edit this review to five stars, if Gadgetshieldz would correct the situation. I'm still awaiting an actual reply from Gadgetshieldz.

All the skins and protectors are extremely precise. I highly recommend the products. Sandhya was extremely supportive and helpful.

One of the great web site for buying screen protectors and skins, all are top notch quality, and thier customer service also very good regarding solving issues they will response and solve the issues with in the short time i really appreciate it.

Quick and hassle free installation.

I got the matte finish screen guard from the site and followed all instructions while application, however, the screenguard has started to come off at the edges within 2-2.5 months of application. Highly disappointed with the experience after paying a premium for this product.

Am a regular customer for @gadgetshieldz, previously I bought for s20 plus. Now I start buying for S23 ultra. There Is good improvement that now available in case fit Size. So u won't worry about edges.

Just for sticker they charge 689 and without any refund policy it's fraud scam dnt purchase
