AVOID! Knock-off, rip-off!
Scam, scam, scam! Advertised as Air pods pro (2nd generation), inferior knock-off received. Fell apart as soon as my kid (it was their birthday present!) took them out to look at them! I sent photos to the company and they said the photos are proof that *I* damaged the goods!
There is no Apple logo anywhere to be seen, these are Chinese knock-offs, despite what the vendor says.
The 'company' has no concern for customers whatsoever, and are argumentative. The photo I sent them as evidence of the terrible quality, they said, (and I quote): 'We have picture proof that item was damaged by you, our legal team will be handling this matter.' I think that's supposed to sound like a threat - utterly unprofessional.
I've spoken with Apple this morning and reported the counterfeit goods. They confirmed the company is using Apple branding/trademarks, by labelling their items as 'AirPods Pro', even if they don't state 'Apple'. I've sent Apple detailed photos: the item is a complete rip-off from the design of the box right through to the earphones themselves. Also spoke to the police; they confirmed Trading Standards will look into it, BUT they will likely intervene once goods are proven to be fake (I have no doubts on that score), and they will do what they called a 'raid and seize.' So that's great news!

Order Apple AirPods Pro company said they were delivered, but never received.
When I contacted them they said I would have to deal with the post office about the delivery. Would not help me at all with tracking number or anything else. My honest opinion is do not deal with this company chances are they will take your money and you won’t receive the goods you purchased.

Avoid this company at all costs
The goods sent were not fit for purpose. When I went to fit different sized ear tips onto new apple ear buds one of them fell apart. The company would have absolutely nothing to do with replacing them. Their attitude is shocking. I would advise giving this company a wide berth.
I did contact you - I sent lots of photos and went to the expense of returning the faulty ear buds (one bud was faulty, the other ok). After receiving them back, you changed your mind and said there was nothing you could do. I replied again but I received nothing back.
I will contact you again today but as you were the person I have been in contact with I am not hopeful for any better a response. Happy to be proven wrong though.

Warning! Scamers!
Avoid! They are scamers!
I ordered an Apple product and received some no-name cheap junk imitation. In any shop, I would pay for this 10 times less, but I paid more for Apple products, which they never sent to me. Now I need to deal with a very slow refund process, where they are super unhelpful, they advertise support chat available 24/7, they is no support at all, only email address, and you lucky if you get response.
Update:
In the reply the seller is laying. Nowhere is mension "refurbished." They claim it is an original apple product on the website as well as on the invoice, im happy to show the invoice to everyone. I also took this product to apple Store, where apple Specialists have chect it and said that this is NOT apple Product and NEVER was. He also added that the store neer by is selling those fake airbuds for £4.
Pure scam. Stay away.
