I’m regretting paying for this lifetime replacement!!! I had to pay for shipping and I could get by a lot cheaper by not having done this! Besides that, the edges break up even though I have a case on my phone! And it’s also not very sensitive to touch. Don’t fall for this scam

Absolutely trash

Absolutely trash the screen protector, camera lens protector, the case. All is garbage and they charged me $120 for their bundle pack. I wouldn’t pay 50. I should’ve spent less and gotten better quality from Flo lab i was in a pinch and needed a screen protector and case. Never again. I could’ve just paid my insurance deductible and got an entirely new phone. I’d give less than 1 star if I could

TERRIBLE!!!

TERRIBLE!!!
UPDATE: I originally said "I gave this company $49.99 for a lifetime guarantee. They now tell me that I had to register my product within 40 days of purchase. Never mind that I have my original receipt, they won't let me file a claim. Terrible company, terrible product that is very fragile, a waste of $50! I would not recommend them and I hope you don't buy anything from these crooks. TERRIBLE!!!!"
However, after a chat with a helpful representative, they did allow me to register my screensaver manually. Since registering, they will provide me with a "free" replacement for only $39.99. In effect, I can buy a new one for $10 less each time. BIGGEST RIPOFF EVER! DON't buy from these people.

Poor quality design on the camera protectors. They don’t stay. The warranty has a high shipping cost and you have to register within 30 days which isn’t open. Extremely disappointed.

Absolutely excellent company

Absolutely excellent company. Their customer service is also bar none. I needed to cancel an order because I forgot to apply the promo code, and the customer service rep applied a better code for me. Admittedly, I have never had to use the insurance service, but is nice to know that it is there in case I need it. I usually buy my screen protectors online and apply them myself.

I bought 4 new iPhone 17's for my family and the Verizon guy recommended the 5-in-1 kit. Seemed like a GREAT deal with all you get. They installed all of the glass screen protectors and camera lense covers and such. Within 48 hours one phone had the glass screen crack on the side of the phone and it wasn't even dropped. When you jump through all the hoops for the lifetime warranty, they will send you a new glass cover, starting at $9.99 shipping and handling. I am returning all of the units to the store tomorrow and will buy Otter Boxes as I have in the past.

Gadget Gaurd

I’m never the type of person to give a review, but my experience with gadget guard was terrible. My phone was clearly broken after I bought the screen protector with warranty, and they kept making excuses about why they can’t pay for my screen. Waste of money and time.

Can't even push the side buttons

My 10 got water damaged AND I lost my iphone password. That was ridiculous--I was leaving for a trip and had to get a new phone and got the 5 in 1 package for $100. I would never have paid that much but needed a $1700 phone to be protected. I got the clear one. Literally the first time I dropped it, it cracked the screen guard. Ok, that happens. However, the guard fully covers the buttons and is just as thick as the guard itself. So it is very painful to be pushing the buttons.
As others said, replacing the guard costs the same amount as buying a new one, or two. I also felt like customer service was slow and not helpful. They said they would send some replacements after I made it clear how unhappy I was the case and performance. Offered me 30% off another case. But no, definitely would not buy from them again.

Fantastic support

The product is great and the customer support is the best customer support ever. They don’t make you wait too long, it’s an actual human and not a robot, and they actually help and not just waste your time like most customer support services. I accidentally put on my screen protector incorrectly and she shipped a new one immediately. I drop my phone way too often like at least once a day and there product has not disappointed. I did not pay any extra for the replacement so I’m not sure why other people are saying they had to.

They are cheaply made and not free

First guard cracked within 2 months and second one cracked within 5 months. Just received another one. We will see how long it will last. The replacements are not free. I had too pay 9.99 for each replacement. That's $30 so far within 7 months. This is unacceptable 😡😡😡

Scammers With Style

I feel completely scammed by Gadget Guard. They advertise a lifetime warranty for replacements, but what they don’t tell you up front is that you’ll still be charged $15 CAD just for delivery. On top of that, the shipping took over 10 days to arrive, which is unacceptable for something marketed as a warranty replacement.

Don’t be fooled — nothing about this is truly “free.” The lifetime warranty sounds nice, but it’s misleading and ends up costing you both money and time. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere.

Don’t waste your money

First one broke within two days and the next one lasted about three months. The ones I purchased prior and Amazon for $10 lasted years. They say it’s a free replacement but charge you $10 to ship. No way it cost $10 to ship. Scammy.

Rip-off / don't purchased it

I bought Gadget Guard, a liquid screen and camera protector, from Verizon for $135, advertised with a lifetime warranty. Just five months later, my daughter fell, and the screen broke. I believe Verizon is misleading customers with this product. My attempts to get help from Gadget Guard customer service were fruitless. Save your money and avoid this product; it's a rip-off.

This is such a scam

This is such a scam. The Liquid Glass Screen Protector does not protect your phone screen as they claim. I have a high quality case and the Gadget Guard Screen Protector. This is the 2nd time that my glass has shattered from my phone falling out of my truck (less than 3 feet) . First time I forgot to register my phone within 30 days. I paid for new glass and a new Gadget Guard Screen Protector ($500) and made sure to register within 30 days. Now, the glass is broken again. I went on the website to find out that I needed to pay to extend my warranty at the end of the first year. They did notify me by email, but the email went right into promotions along with 25k other promotions.
Bottom line is.
Don't waste your hard earned money on this fake sense of protection. The glass on your phone will still break!

Motes of dust create permanent bubbles.

Motes of dust create permanent bubbles.
The application of this product requires an exquisitly dust-free glass. Even the tiniest motes of dust leave bubbles that cannot be removed. I bought this with a new iphone. Right out fo the box, the invisible particles of dust from the ambient air were enough to make a bubbly effect between the phone's glass and the protector. The company will not take back the product since it is opened. Garbage. Do not buy.

writing to express my frustration…

writing to express my frustration regarding my recent experience with your customer service.

I purchased the SAMSUNG case guard, but unfortunately, it did not fit my phone. I attempted to contact your support number multiple times; however, no one picked up. I also reached out via WhatsApp, and again, there was no response. Finally, I sent an email to the support team but have yet to receive a reply.

I wanted to share my experience as it has been quite disappointing, and I would encourage potential customers to think carefully before placing any orders.

Gadget gear is Trash ……

Trash ……. Bought 3 in the last year and all three have cracked . I didn’t fill out warranty cause website crashed when I started so I didn’t finish registering it. So now I’m screwed. If they make you jump thru hoops to register their product then beware. Paid nearly $100 for it….. back to TJ maxx from now on !!!!

Trash

Everytime I buy there protector, it's trash. Either it's not full screen or they easily peel off. They charge you for shipping to replace it. Then they don't restart the 1 year as they alleged for the warranty to file a claim for a screen repair. Do yourself a favor buy a cheaper and better alternative screen protector from Amazon. They offer lifetime replacement and free no shipping. The protect your screen more as well unlike gadget guard where the screen still cracks. Wasted money for trash.
