really nice staff on the other end of the phone ( emma and vicky). took a while to get through but was worth the wait for the help i got. Delivery service was rather poor but this i belive was not down to gadget grotto.

I wanted the Star Wars Cookie jar. To get free shipping I added another two (less expensive items) to the order.
When the order arrived - it was a Plasma Ball !! I'd received an order for a lady 100 miles away.
I raised a online complaint - which was ignored for a day - so I rang them and was assured that a full replacement order would be sent by next day delivery.
36 hours later I get an email saying the cookie jar was out of stock - so now I'm only getting the two "padding" items.
The customer service guy was very nice - but overall a very poor experience - as now it's too late to get a replacement before Christmas.

Item never delivered, had to contact customer service at least 4 times to follow up, could never get through to customer service, always had to leave a message and they would call back 2 days later. Refused to refund me till items were returned to them via their courier (even though I never actually recieved them!!!!!) Rude, unhelpful and possibly the worst experience I have ever had with an online company. Will NEVER ever use or recommend them again.

This was a novelty gift as part of a cocktail set. The test tubes were great quality and very good value compared to elsewhere. Delivery service was excellent too with very good quality packaging to keep it safe.

The item was perfect, but the package was just an eveloppe badly closed and too small

Ordered from gadget grotto as it was about £15 cheaper then another site, came straight away, would definently use this site again!
