I am sry you feel this. However it is quit normal here at Nyhavn though.
Sometimes we have customers that are actually not customer. They just want to sit and enjoy the view, so they just ask for tapwater.
And we do like people beeing at the Nyhavn - this is what Nyhavn is about. But we do have to care for the business, because everything here is quit expensive - also for us running the restaurant.
However I do understand how this can feel, and I am sry for that. It is a small complicated issue.

Bought the spotdeal at spotdeal.dk for luxury danish open sandwiches- 3 pcs / luksus smørrebrød – 3 stk.
The deal claims you get this for kr. 99 (normal price is kr. 189).
---problem is, that you only get half the size of these as well.
--so, it is about half the price for about half the size dish.
In other words you are cheated to think you get the same dish for half the price, but you are not!!! you get a much smaller version of the original dish.
