Not the best broker anymore

I’m not the type of person to leave a bad review every time, but I think it’s came to a point where I’ve had to leave a review based on my years of experience. I’ve been using FXCESS for a couple of years now and at the start it was great withdrawals used to be bang on time no technical issues or anything further however lately I’ve been having a few technical issues ranging from whenever I deposit some money into account my credit bonus is declined whenever I deposit money I have to wait a couple of days even though it’s through faster payments and even then when I placed a trade, it places a trade higher than where I placed it originally not only that whenever I do have an issue it takes days for them to contact me and it’s always me who’s having to constantly get updates from them likewise I have always used these guys because of the spread their bonus scheme and the broker them selves however lately they haven’t been performing the best and their customer skills are very poor if anything they should take this away and improve on their customer service

Avoid Fxcess: Deposited $1,051, Account Suspended, Funds Withheld, and Privacy Concerns!

I deposited $1,051 with Fxcess Account No 1150058917 and was actively trading while fully following all of their terms and conditions. Suddenly, they blocked my trading account without any proper explanation, and now I am unable to place any trades or access my funds. This is completely unacceptable and highly unprofessional behavior.

When I contacted their support team, they asked me to provide additional documents, including my bank statement and a selfie with my ID. I submitted everything they requested, but even after providing these sensitive documents, they are now demanding personal videos from me. This is extremely concerning and feels unreasonable.

My funds are now stuck, and this raises serious concerns about the company’s practices. Reputable companies do not treat their clients this way. Blocking an account without warning after a significant deposit and continuously asking for more personal verification feels suspicious and extremely frustrating.

I expect Fxcess to resolve this issue immediately, restore access to my account, and release my funds. Based on my experience so far, this situation appears unfair, invasive, and deeply concerning.

Dubious Slippage/spread.

I’ve been trading with this broker for sometimes now. What baffles me is that the way they change their spread is out of this world. Imagining placing a trade of 1 lot and you are already at a Negative of over £132 for just one lot size trade.Try to setup sell or buy limit orders, it will still be filled at an outrageous level. I have written them about this and their usual response is this “ Thank you for contacting us.

There are instances where orders cannot be filled at the top liquidity layer and get executed on another, less liquid price.

This is especially true considering the below (but not limited to) factors:

- High trading volume / order size
- Illiquid Market conditions
- Aggressive trading style

We've already moved your Account to a deeper liquidity pool where the effect of such factors (to your trading conditions) is mitigated.”

They change the slippage within your consent nor informing you. Another issues, not like other brokers who will look diligently into complaints, rectify it and pay you back for the error. This broker will never do that nor pay you back for their error. What is surprising is that on few occasions they have filled by trade orders at a price that market never reached for that period.
Just this morning, placing a trade of 0.8 lot size instantly earns you a negative of 32 pounds.
I’ve been keeping video recording and screenshots of these occurrences ( for possible legal action)and I’ve shared few with them as well.
They should stop this dubious practices and have a clear cut policy in place with specifics that can be scrutinised if things goes wrong.
Just to encourage traders to watch their trades and slippage/spread closely.

Scam Broker Warning

Have already posted a review about this company and my experience is not getting any better. PLEASE PLEASE be warned from my experience. I genuinely believe they are complete scammers. I requested a withdrawal on 19/1 for $27,000 and have still not received anything. Yes , I have had some replies but they all basically say the same thing - we’re dealing with your request/ it will be another 5-7 working days/ your account is being reviewed. All just fobbing me off and never a single reason why they are not processing my withdrawal. They are crooks and no one should be using their services. BE WARNED. I challenge you FXCess - deal with my request properly and send me my money and I will let this community know that you have done so.

Pending Withdrawals

I did a internal transfer to Wallet USD in the 17th January 2026, and it has been more than 2.5 months, I have not gotten back my refund, nothing at all.. All the customer services provided the same generic messages and its been very frustrating and puzzling on why they are withholding the funds... Never came across an exchange/company that takes so long to "review" and it is just plain ridiculous.. most other exchanges would have only taken a maximum of 7 days to do a refund.. Would defintely not recommend this broker...! My account is 1150016583...
To Fxcess: please return my withdrawal funds as soon as possible!

Initiated a internal transfer this…

These scammers are still not able to provide evidence of the alleged activity. They had someone call me and try to persuade me not to take this further.

They have provided no solid proof of the alleged activity

I traded manually, my profits were literally in the hundreds! If I were to be doing what they claim i was doing, I would have done it in large numbers. Furthermore most of my traded were pending orders so I wouldn't even have known about the latency.

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM! I WILL POST EVERYTHING ON SOCIAL MEDIA TO ALERT OTHER PEOPLE BEFORE THEY GO DOWN THIS RABBIT HOLE.

THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO BE REPORTED AND STOPPED! UTTER SCUMBAGS!!!!!!

IF THEY DONT RETURN YOURE INITIAL DEPOSIT BACK GUYS GET YOURE BANK OR CREDIT CARD COMPANY TO PLACE A CHARGE ON THEM FOR NOT PROVIDING SERVICES.

THESE ABSOLUTE BELL ENDS ARE TRYING TO HIDE BEHIND THEIR TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND KEEP STATING THEY ARE OFFSHORE BROKERS.

Avoid this company at all costs!!!!!

This is now the second time I have written a review.

Stay well away from this company.

They scam you and take your money.

Trades randomly stop out at any point that they chose.

They also make figures up. If your account hits 40% loss they close trades. When you actually work out the percentage it is not 40% it does not add up correctly.

There customer service is terrible. I have been waiting over a week at present for a response but I still haven’t had a response. The customer chat can never do anything and tell you that you will be contacted over email.

Like I said stay away from this company. Go with another trading company. Do not let this company take your money.

I’m honestly at a loss. Withdrawals worked fine for me before, but recently they’ve been getting rejected with no clear reason. I reached out to support and received a generic “we’re reviewing your account” reply, and then nothing meaningful after that.

I just need a clear path to get my funds out — not vague templates and silence.

WITHDRAWAL REQUEST AND REVIEW

I have submitted a withdrawal request on 23 Jan 2026 , and last 4 weeks of weekly reminder, I have not received my transfer of monies to the ewallet yet.
The response from Fxcess is always the same:

"Please be advised that your withdrawal request is currently on hold while we conduct a routine review of your recent trading activity, in line with our internal controls and regulatory obligations.
This review is being carried out to ensure the accuracy and integrity of all transactions. Once the process is completed, we will update you accordingly and proceed as appropriate."

I only requested a withdrawal of less than USD 10000, and everytime I asked my account manager about the withdrawal, he told me that they are still doing the review.
I sincerely hope that they can quickly review and return my hard earned monies.

This lack of clarity is extremely frustrating

I’m not asking for anything complicated — I just need clear certainty on how to withdraw my own money.

I emailed support on Feb 25 because my withdrawal requests were being rejected without explanation, and I couldn’t even see my full deposit balance properly in the platform. I asked for three simple things: the reason for rejection, where to view my complete balance, and a timeline.

On Feb 26, they replied with a generic template. No direct answer, no steps, no timeframe.

This lack of clarity is extremely frustrating. Just tell clients exactly what is required to withdraw and when it will be resolved.

Stay away from this site

Stay away from this site! It's a total scam. A guy claiming you can earn money here tried to persuade me into sending 300€, promising a 100% deposit bonus. Then he wanted another 300€ so I could 'start trading' with 600€. Don't fall for it!

My experience is positive

I see many negative reviews here, but my experience has been different so far. I’ve been able to reach customer support quickly, and they provide clear answers to my questions. I did have to wait about 5 or 6 days for my withdrawal to be processed, which is the only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5.
