Nice concept but even if you need it it took 3 hours for the charger to charge my phone halfway which should have been $24 but the receipt even said 3 hours but charged me $32. I have complained and o... See more
While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

A decent product. Clearly needs an overhaul on their desktop application. Licensing model is terrible (requires all users to have a feature, instead of pick/choose). They're forcing the "chat/colla... See more

Ripoff in more ways than one!
Nice concept but even if you need it it took 3 hours for the charger to charge my phone halfway which should have been $24 but the receipt even said 3 hours but charged me $32. I have complained and of course NO RESPONSE! Be smarter than I was!

Need to make payments work - disaster
I had a terrible experience trying to charge my car at a bank of fuuze chargers. Had to install the app (which was quick) then add my credit card which was the only way to pay. Tried Google pay and error every time. Credit card app wanted my password which I didn't have in a car park in the middle of nowhere. End result 30 minutes frustration and no charge.
Good product
Laughable chat app
I've not come across Fuze before but I've now used it for the last few weeks and it's dreadful. It 'forgets' your audio setup and consistently picks the wrong mic or speakers; if you hibernate your PC with it running, it comes back up and decides it has no connection so disables chat until you *tell it* the connection is back. So you get no messages unless you wonder why it's so quiet and notice the grey bar at the top. Why can't it retry until it gets a connection?
Honestly, all the positive reviewers must never have used Slack, which just works. Fuze is like Slack's idiot brother with one hand tied behind its back. And I'm being generous.
FUZE desktop Phone software
I use the FUZE desktop Phone software, so reviewing the product. The software functionality is very limited and speed is dependent on your network speed so always slower than a conventional phone to make a call. The Call history doesnt record forwarded calls, the contact list is not apparent from the dial pad. You cannot hear it when not by the desktop without turning sound up to max then having to turn it down for other applications on the computer. In the end many colleagues gave it up on it and reverted to mobile phones.
Not what they once were
We evaluated over a dozen UCaaS providers before deciding on Fuze in late 2019, with full implementation in early 2020. Fuze has been a great platform for us and allowed us Work From Home capabilities we never had before, as well as consolidating our disparate messaging, meeting, presence and calling systems into ONE platform.
Unfortunately.. since the announced acquisition by 8X8 there has been utter chaos and turmoil with account representation and even NOTICE about changes to account management. Three account managers in four months and I didn't know an account manager was gone until I couldn't get a response to emails. At one point I had to open a trouble ticket to beg for someone to call me. I've relayed this info to Customer Success, but it seems no one is listening. Fuze has lost customer focus over the last 120 days.
Assistance is too slow
Response to cases opened, are rather delayed. Replies to communication - via case website - are also not immediate, typical response is within a day for each feedback reply. Generally this is caused because assistance is operating in a different country than customer.
Communication is needed in relaying information back and forth, but because the only tool is the website case, this takes days to weeks, just to resolve something that could be worked on and completed in 1day. A better method would be to allow communication via chat or phone call, or any other means that has instantaneous response.
Fuze is the way to go
I would highly recommend Fuze to any size organization. Setups can get complicated when moving from in-house PBX to a cloud based VPBX. Fuze helps you through the struggles that are bound to happen in that type of migration and are very helpful and forthright with documentation and engineers on the ready to jump in and help. Phones are never down, systems are always up, that couldn't be said before Fuze.
Fuze Review
Joe did a great job walking me through Fuze and showing me details on how we have Fuze set up. He was organized and detail oriented. The person that set Fuze up in our company is no longer with the company so we are learning as we go. The hour was well spent and I learned a lot.

Been Fuze customers since 2016 with offices in the USA and two in Europe- completely satisfied. All offices are connected, we use the softphones and mobile apps extensively and remote users remain connected. No issues with service, or support. Great company.
From tech side
From tech side - easy to understand and easy administration on queues, call management etc.
Excellent work!
Best support
Fuze is a stable and efficient digital network. All the problems submitted have always had an answer and a solution. Also recently I was guided to get to know the profiles better in order to be autonomous for the main needs. This allowed me to resolve implementation requests faster.
Had to change contact info
Had to change contact info. for a temporary period. They handled it great and changed it back.
Great support from Fuze
Great support from Fuze. Unfortunately the feature that we requested (to be able to send SMS messages from Fuze) isn't available in Australia.
