No contact possible

Unfortunately, I had a very negative experience. I contacted the company because of a reminder notice that was not understandable to me and raised several questions. However, by phone it was only possible to speak to an automated recording, and my emails were answered solely by a bot. Even after explicitly requesting personal contact, no one got back to me. Overall, the situation made me feel quite helpless and unsupported. As a result, I decided to cancel the contract again.

Verry Bad!

Verry Bad! I have delated my Abo inside the two weeks. No Body is reacing vor calling, no answer an the sende a bill with incasso Case.

Never ever get there!

Use candles but never Fuxx!!!

Use candles but never electricity from Fuxx Sparenergie!
It is like a black hole, having signed the contract you can't terminate it. I just paid a lot to get rid of the damn contract!
