Unfortunately it was broken when it arrived. I plugged it into my NAS and directy I heard a Bad noise wich sounded like a mechanical malfunction. I thought "No Problem, maybe the dilvery company throw the package. I contacted futureX and got the Instruction to send it back. I did and now.... I get now answer. I waited 2.5 Weeks now. No money. No repair. No Replacement. I thought Futurex (and Tarox) can do better... But now I am very disappointed. I reason more, to buy everything from Amazon. :(
Edit: After This and Google Review I got the money back. +1 Star coz I got my money back

Dear Sirs,
I have just purchased a product on the basis that it would be delivered within 1-2 business days - stated on your web site. After paying I received confirmation that it would be delivered between 2 - 3 business days. This is fraudulent misrepresentation.
I telephoned to get confirmation of delivery from your support team. I have never encountered such a rude and unhelpful representative of any company. His excuse was that you have no control over the delivery company - I did not purchase from TNT, DHL or others I purchased from you. He did not even enquire about the order number.
Obviously it is Future-X’s company policy to deliberately make false statements regarding delivery times. Even the dogs in the street know that it is possible to obtain a guaranteed delivery from any of the courier companies. Your staff member does not have the intelligence of a dog in the street.
Ensure that this product is delivered within the stated delivery times.

Just pure SCAM. You can add items to basket, pick up the shipping and delivery method, pay and... after some time you will notice that your order is cancelled. No info, no email, no text, nothing.
Disaster Customer Service, They just employ extra employees to cover the Christmas period.
They sent me a missing item, and they don't want to refund me!

I could have ordered elsewhere back then. Now, the product is no longer available anywhere. Future-X is not to be trusted !

I ordered a power cable from their website because it said that the item will be delivered in 1-2 days. In the confirmation E-Mail was written 2-3 days.
One day later I received an automatic e-mail reply where it was written that the item was shipped. But surprise: no courier name and no tracking number.
I e-mailed them on all addresses more times, I also used their contact form, I even used the contact form contained within the online order archive were you apparently can make notes and receive from them replies. NOTHING. NO Tracking Number, NO courier NAME and of course NO MONEY BACK (I paid through Paypal).
I opened a case on Paypal and I will surely get my money back but I will need to wait like between 30-45 days.
Again, this is SCAM! Do not BUY FROM THIS PEOPLE!
I have ordered an SSD card (order number: 101097726) on November 22nd 2020 ant the item was on stock, estimated delivery time 2-3 days. Since then (December 15th 2020) I have received 3 e-mails e-mails saying that the ordered item is not yet available. However, the exact same item (same article number) is available at the shop for a higher price. The "customer service" staff told me that the item will not be shipped until the shop is able to procure the item on their end again for a cheaper price. This is total scam. I cannot recommend anyone to buy from this shop and I will continue to spread the word in my tech community.
My biggest mistake was I didn’t check the reviews on Trustpilot! Else I had save my time and didn’t have a stressful week. 7dec2019 i order a tv for my Cousins, for the chrisms caz their TV was broken. After a week waiting future-x cutomer service did not answer any mail of me and when I call to ask where is my order, the whole time the guy on the phone said: ‘I am going to ask them when you are going to get your order’. While on my account on their website they wrote: ‘ your order is sent’. After 10 days they send an E-mail your order just left our warehouse. 5 days after their mail children were waiting behind the door when the delivery is coming. I got angry and asked why are you playing with us, children are waiting, else just cancel my order and give my 850€ back so I can order somewhere else. Guy disconnect me and said, just wait and bye. So respectless. I really didn’t know what should I do, kind of mightles. I send them my last mail, and asked please refund my money, else I have no choice and should call the police. After 2 days the finally cancel my order, and a week later got my money. The whole time they were just lying about the sending my order. I also wrote a review on Trustedshops, I never saw my review or anybody’s review in there. Unfortunately children had no TV last christmess because of such unprofessional fake websites like Future-X or Trustedshops, who put them on their trusted list. Now it’s up to you if u dare to order anything in there...

Ordered a Samsung X5 ssd harddrive (order nr. 110046651) on friday the 13th September from them and never got an answer back from them nor are they reachable by phone.
Their customer support is a disgrace and I will reclaim the order through PayPal.

10 days without any delivery info on ~3k euro laptop. No answer from the company, phone lines are not responding.
I will open a legal claim, because i guess there is no other choise.
Don't take an order and confirm the payment if you don't fill the order nor answer emails about it. You wasted my time and put me in a very inconvenient situation.

I also tried to call the phone numbers that are listed on your site 0201 10 286 300; 0201 10 286 0 I called 15 times, each time answering machine answered, I waited for 2-3 minutes but the answer was not so!
You have terrible customer service and all the facts indicate that you do not care about your customers!
