I have recently started to use Futrli

This is an excellent Forecasting Platform in my experience and I have used many before.

From a technical standpoint it is the best.

Initially when using the platform it does not seem very self intuitive and easy to use

However if you stick with it you can easily produce meaningful

Profit & Loss Forecasts
Cashflow Forecasts
Balance sheet forecasts

And Without any accountancy experience.

Also the reporting building although a bit clunky is more flexible and granular than any other forecasting software and you can easily build any financial report that your bank would ask for.

The issue I have found is that it does not pull certain information through from Sage .

Their online support is excellent but their development support is poor and you may wait weeks for tickets to be resolved.

This is why I cannot give it a 5 Start Review.

From a Technical standpoint the best platform out there. Easy to use and no need for a demo.

Our company has used Futrli software for nearly 3 years and we have been happy with the product. The platform is a great flexibility since we can create customized reports which provide useful information about business performance. Recently we required some critical technical assistance we were impressed with the knowledge and insight provided by Emily. Also, their helpdesk service is responsive. Much appreciated.

Gabriella has been just brilliant. She listened to our team needs and the types of reporting that we wanted to use, and gave such great advice. She also helped me create budgets for clients from scratch and was so industrious in migrating our reports from the old platform.

Very smart product, the predict software takes data and what you think about, then puts it into a highly organised dashboard which you can use to envision where you plan to take the company. Way better than paying £600/hour for a financial advisor.

Up and running within 4-6 weeks!

For those who need reliable forecasting tools, Furtrli predict is a great backbone to get you started. This product has the ability to provide the reliable data for the 3 core documents - Cash flow, Balance sheet, and P/L to determine where you are headed and what your needs are.

Of course, as with any tool, the data out is only as good as the data in, so starting with the live data is the beginning. Then your job is to know your business enough to build out your scenarios. You bring your knowledge and ability to know what you are targeting, they bring the format, and within 4-6 weeks, you can have a working forecast to present. I started with this product 10 weeks ago, and provided the first forecast to the board 2 weeks ago.

As with any tool, there is a learning curve, and there is promise of increased functionality. I am looking forward to the updates:

1) I am looking forward to gaining more confidence
Predict working with QBO (I have been working around this since inception, so I am excited to see how this piece helps me) - next 2 weeks!!
2) Personnel workbook for US (they have one for NZ and England, - requested, and on list, hopeful to see soon ( I recommended they not tackle the states, just offer a federal version, and then allow the user to add the other features, like healthcare, and 401K, - no timeline given, but the request is in!!
3) Track according to annual budget - coming with the April rollout previewed today, with lots of drill down and KPI features too!
4) Scenarios, QB Classes use, and more reporting options -coming in Q4?!?

The back story of finding Futrli
I had all of my details of what I wanted to track in my forecast, as I had been attempting to create my Cash flow, P/L, and Balance sheet in excel and maintain the integrity. I tested a few products and settled on Predict because of the promise of these 3 forms working together as an extension of my QB.

With Predict and the learning curve, I was able to get up and running with the basics in 4-6 weeks, and now I can focus on maintaining the accuracy of the new predictions, and reviewing the current predictions. I was a little disappointed when the PREDICT did not work as advertised for QB, but was promised this is coming, and at $35/month, I was willing to invest in this product to get a forecast ready by March.

Now that I have experience with my workarounds, I am excited to see how this develops over the next 12 months, and hopeful that over time it proves that the behind the scenes development that has been put into this pays off in gaining the understanding needed to drive the business I participate in.

I have tried several management accounting tools and prefer FUTRLI, it is intuitive and I although I'm not the most technically minded, I have been able to create meaningful reports and present to management. The charts are easy to navigate and the budgeting and forecasting tools have been invaluable. Customer service has also been great with quick response times and answers to my questions.

Great customer service and the product is getting better and better

Futrli is a good product but the numbers taken from Xero is incorrect thus it will give a false prediction. Very unresponsive customer support with support email is not replied for more than 3 weeks (Email sent 19.03.21). I am still waiting on reply as at 15.04.21.

Early Learning Management uses Futrli with our childcare centre clients with great success.

I love Futrli. I looked into all the forecasting and reporting apps for about 6 months until I found it and then it was an exact fit to what I wanted. It offers a great depth of reporting whilst also being straightforward to use with excellent training and advisor support for learning and selling the service to clients. I really enjoy using it.

Functionalities don't always work and therefore you can't trust the output
Support is generic and doesn't fix the problem, they just tell you how to work around it
Doesn't have some basic functions that you would want in reports
Site hangs often
Very limited customization from generic formats

This is great software - as with all software it takes some time to learn how to use it well, but our Account Development Manager Sam Skae has been super patient and helpful.
Sam is always quick to respond to our questions when we get stuck.

The insights from the flow tool are excellent and provide accurate insights based on suppliers and customer payments based on actual data.
The information is instant, which would otherwise take hours to compile
An absolute necessity for any business owner

It is apps like Futrli which really deliver the benefits of cloud accounting software. Futrli is great for speeding up my production of monthly accounts packs for my clients. I like to use charts to highlight trends in KPIs and metrics which lots of other similar apps struggle with. The forecasting tool is also useful and they are continuing to innovate with the Flow platform for clients.

Having previously reviewed the Futrli Advisor product, I am happy to review Flow which we have been using for the past month or so. We launched this as an additional product to all our Xero clients and the feedback has been great. It has enabled our clients to view insights that were not so obvious from their Xero accounts such as customer reliance, and how the speed in which they pay their bills in relation to how quickly receive money from customers can affect their cashflow.

With the additional integrations that are in the pipeline, this product will be a great way to provide our clients with the info they need to manage their cashflow and protect their business, without the need to wait to speak to us to obtain this information.

We have been utilising Futrli for over 6 months now. This has proven to be a wonderful tool, in both helping clients understand their current financial position, but especially in creating forecasts.

Their support has been first class in problem resolution and professionalism.

Futrli is great. I use it in my small practice primarily for its forecasting tools which I have huge confidence in after using several other big names and been disappointed. I am beginning to use the reporting and dashboard features and am equally impressed. Although just a newby I am certainly very pleased with it so far and will be rolling it out to more of my clients over the coming months. Thanks Futrli for keeping my grey hairs at bay. :-)

Futrli is great! I work in a financial services firm as a consultant involved with business services and accounting, and have been using Futrli for a number of months now. I have developed comprehensive comparative cash flow reports that have been used for loan approval with major banks. I have created a number of other various detailed 3 way forecasts, with some clients adjusting their forecasts within the software on a periodic basis. The dashboard is another significant feature I have just began to take real advantage of. The cards and live reporting features I have currently set up are superb, and the potential still for me to learn and continue setting up KPI dashboard cards is vast. I have yet to delve into the alerts features and begin exposing that feature to my clients but really look forward to taking advantage of that also.
