Extremely disappointing experience
Extremely disappointing experience. I was promised a 5-day turnaround on a car, which turned into a 3-week ordeal filled with broken promises and poor communication. I had to constantly chase for updates, and each time I was met with vague responses or no real progress. The seller seemed far more interested in pushing numbers and securing payment than actually delivering on their word.
After weeks of delays and being told the car “wasn’t ready,” I was shocked to see it re-advertised without any notice. This not only wasted my time but also showed a complete lack of professionalism and respect for me as a customer.
If you’re looking for transparency, honesty, and good service – look elsewhere. This experience felt like I was being strung along until something more convenient for them came up. Untrustworthy and frustrating from start to finish.
Never using this company again
Where do I start with this company, awful communication! Awful customer care! And selling un-road worthy cars... I bought a ford ranger from here, before we took home they said they would replace the obvious to eye wear and tear on this vehicle.
When we went to pick up, firstly, the car stank of weed and had definitely not been cleaned - this is minor as we could obviously clean it, there was an oil drip on the floor which we questioned, Doug gas lit us into saying they’ve had non stop cars in and out, the car had just been serviced and MOT’d, the vehicle is sound - he is the ‘car expert’ so we trusted him.
We bought and took home to find puddles of oil to be left where ever we parked, the engine light also came on. We took the car to our local garage which Doug said he would pay for the service. Which the garage had found MULITPLE issues with and they said this definitely hadn’t been serviced correctly, if it was even at all serviced, this had been fiddled with and not put back correctly, it had hardly any oil left in and couldn’t hold the oil for long before it leaked out and therefore was actually not fully road safe! One of the tyres were 0.1mm close to be illegal also, even though Doug said he would have 2 tyres replaced before we collected.
We requested a refund which we were told the car would be picked up on the Monday (6days later). We had no contact from Fusion motors at all, so I called MULTIPLE times, to be told I would get a call back MULTIPLE times, I waited hours. When I did finally get the call back, Doug, said if I could bring the car back to the garage I would get a refund straight away! THE VEHICLE WAS NOT SAFE TO DRIVE. Which I explained, he actually kept butting it and would not let me explain my concerns, and implying because I’m a female that I don’t drive vans he said and I quote “You don’t understand vans, you don’t drive vans, the engine lights comes on all the time and people’s still drive them, you can still drive vans when the engine light comes on, you just don’t understand how they work.” Which was not my concern, my concern was the vehicle does not hold oil. And even though we agreed the car to be picked up on the Monday, he then proceeded to say it might be Wednesday. I then argued, I’ve already spent out a full months tax, and insurance to not have use of the vehicle, I wanted it picked up today as agreed - he also said he would also look into giving me compensation for the fact I’ve spent out on tax, insurance, diesel and the health inspection the garage had done.l (which he said would be paid for anyway!) We have received NOTHING! Not even the service from the garage that he said he would cover! - This promising behaviour is extremely unprofessional!
He sent 2 very incompetent people to come and collect the vehicle - As one of the drivers pulled the ford ranger out of my drive, he caught the vehicle on the wall, knocking half of it down. I phoned these people and explained they’ve knocked the wall down and I asked them to come back - he hung up on me the first time and the second time he said he was coming back. They DID NOT return - there for we was unable assess both damage to the car and the wall together!
We have been to and from with this company with what they will do to fix the issues that we are extremely unhappy with but because there was ‘no damage’ to the vehicle they will not compensate the damage being done.
The customer care towards us has been absolutely disgusting. Firstly implying because I’m female and ‘don’t drive vans so I don’t understand them.’ And then secondly implying that I’ve lied about damage being done to my property.
And to top it off. We have not been compensated for the service that Doug said he would pay for our garage to carry out to check the oil leak.
They currently have this ford up for sale for more than we actually paid for it originally.. avoid avoid avoid!
Absolutely disgusting.

Great service and great cars!”
I had a good experience at Fusion Motors Ltd. The cars were in very good condition, and the customer service was also great. The staff were friendly, helpful, and made the process easy. I would recommend them to others looking for quality used cars.

False/ edited mileage
Recently went through with buying a 2019 Mercedes-AMG A35, with an advertised mileage of around 47,000 miles. MOT was done at 47,000 miles. 10 days later, upon delivery, the mileage changed to just under 60,000 with no explanation.
I was also handed an outdated logbook, meaning I would have had to wait an extra month to tax and drive the vehicle. The refund process was smooth but wouldn’t recommend buying here.
Avoid con men scammers liers
Bought a car on finance within the first day nothing but issues with it . Battery draining . Fusion said to bring the car back to get fixed and they will give me a curtesy car ( that they did do ) got a email 7/8 days later car all fixed ready to collect . I went to collect my car ( hour and half drive away from me . Met with a rude aggressive attitude from Darren . He mentioned he don’t know why he’s dealing with us as we will be back in 4 days when the car don’t start etc . Got the car home and surprise same issue not fixed at all . After many emails etc finally they agreed to take the car and refund . Well they collected the car as it wasn’t starting . But still no refund nearly two wks later and the car is up for sale on the web site ( illegally as they have not refunded the lender . Do not buy a car from here avoid at all cost . I now have a new car from a nice helpful good dealership and I’m very happy with it
Absolute scammers
Absolute scammers, avoid at all costs!!!
Bought a vehicle 3 months ago, told i had been serviced and MOT'D, whilst driving home engine light came on Doug from Fusion said take it to local garage and they would pay.
Whilst garage were looking at the fault they called me to say it had an oil leak and all 4 braking pads were below legal limit and they sent photo's to me,they also said that if the car had been serviced they would have noticed leak!
Upon checking past MOT's I had noticed that advisiries had been put on about pads and Doug from Fusion had told me they had been done!
The total cost if sorting the engine fault, leak and pads was £1800!
Again Doug said they would cover this but £1000 was put into my account after weeks of waiting and excuses.
Still not received the rest of the money and now going through Motor Ombudsnan as well as contacting AA re their recomendation

Totally disgusted with the level of…
Totally disgusted with the level of serviced I I I received after buying a £15000 Quality used car from fusion
After 1hr of purchase the eml came on so I called fusion and they referred me straight away to the supporting workshop
I waited for half an hour being told that the problem was not the car but old codes being left in the cars computer
Guess what the cars eml came on about 25 miles I then called Fusion and they arranged for the supporting garage to assist once again?
I left my car with them waited for 5 days and they called me to say it’s ready and it required a re-gen
One day later the eml came on again so I called several times before someone answered me and finally got referred back to rays garage
Rays garage said this a common problem and process of elimination can you only find the cause the part at fault was an injector on the dpf
So I booked it with them once again 1 day later the car was repaired finally
I took this car to the manufacturer for a health check and the said the dpf has been disabled on the car computer which I find totally disgusted as this also will fail an mot in the future
So the lesson of this story is Do Not Buy
Avoid This Dealership – Poor After-Sales Support
I purchased a car from this dealership for £14,000, and it developed mechanical issues shortly after. When I returned the car, they claimed to have repaired the issue, but the problem persisted. At their suggestion, we had the car inspected by an independent garage, which confirmed that the turbo needed replacing.
Despite this, the dealership refused to take responsibility or carry out the necessary repairs. Communication has been poor, and they have not provided any resolution.
We will now be pursuing this matter through Trading Standards and advise others to be very cautious when dealing with this company.
Fantastic experience
It was great, I really enjoyed the experience. The car was amazing.
excellent service would recommend!
Brilliant experience
Everyone at the dealership was kind and professional. They helped me find the perfect car and explained everything clearly. I felt comfortable and well taken care of.
