We purchased a sofa in FV Watfrod Century Retail Park. Anthony was very helpful, explained all the options available to us. We felt like we mattered. I waited specifically for him to be available, because of the initial interaction. The family he was serving before me, were saying how wonderful he is

Good experience

Hidden costs, didnt finish delivery and refused to take back or resolve issue. They said didnt fit and then left it outside saying they would charge me to take it back. Basically meant i had to pay a private contractor to take the sofa apart, move it in and put it back together.

So pleased with purchases, great quality and good services.

My friend and I visited the Watford branch yesterday, as my friend is looking for sofas in a specific colour red. We were looking through the fabric swatches and was greeted by Lucy (Lucinda) asking if we needed any help. We explained situation and Lucy throughout was helpful, friendly, honest, down to earth, no pressure selling and it was a real pleasure dealing with her. She went above and beyond trying to assist my friend and found her ideal Swatch and sofa.

Fal (Watford store) was fantastic. I went in looking for a bad and mattress and found exactly what I was looking for. Fal stayed around at a good distance so I could browse without feeling pounced on, but still nearby to be able to ask questions. I got the exact bed I was looking for customised to a colour I love!

Lucy the sales person went above and beyond to make it a good experience, she was friendly and really helpful.

The Delivery team were fantastic. Very helpful and tidy.

we were able to deal with the same person (Anthony in Watford) throughout, when I initially visited on my lunch break then when I came back with my husband to choose a mattress. he talked us through every option and really took the time to help us make the right choice for us and our home.

They welcomed us warmly and were friendly and very helpful. I’d recommend them 100%—the customer service was brilliant.

Always our go to when we want good quality furniture. A special shout out to Mira at Watford, she was excellent so thank you very much.

The gentleman went out if his way to find the chair I was looking for..I knew it wasn't at yr store. I had a piece of fabric I wanted to match. He found the chair and the colour. I bought it in shop rather than on line. He was polite and courteous. Have bought lots of furniture at the watford store and always had a good experience.
