I had an absolutely wonderful experience shopping at furniture village in Watford The sales assistant, Mira, was incredibly knowledgeable about the dining chairs annd table and walked me through all the different customisation options available. From the moment I walked in, I felt completely welcomed—she even offered me hot drinks and biscuits, making the whole process feel like chatting with a close friend. To top it off, Mira honoured the original sale price for me even though the promotion had technically ended. I am extremely happy with my purchase and cannot recommend her and this shop enough for their outstanding customer care!"

Good price with amazing sale

Delivery on time, booked in advance and followed up with both reminder emails and texts along with a phone call by the delivery team prior to delivery. Very professional guys ( Ash and Pete ) and thorough even checking the area on my first floor to check the space, pathway and evaluation the stairs prior to unloading my delivery.

Discussed the options I had given my lounge still had the old suite in situ and offered a couple of options to help me after they’d left.

Unwrapped, re-assembled and put my new furniture in place and I saw them check the quality of my new furniture.

Cleaned up after themselves and took all wrapping away with them.

Mira was excellent, super helpful and talked us through everything about each sofa befote landing on the sofa we wanted!

We just went to look but found what we wanted and were able to booj the order so no need to come back once we have confirmed sizings.

I like furniture village and have been shopping with them forever but I feel that there is room for improvement

Furniture Village had so much in store and a vast variety of styles in sofas, beds and in dining furniture.
We were so pleasantly surprised!
We went in looking for a kitchen table and ended up buying a table and 4 chairs, a double bed mattress and returning tomorrow to purchase a leather corner sofa suite once we decide on the colour.! Anthony, the sales assistant was brilliant! He answered our questions and gave us information and the advice wh
en needed to make our informed choices. He was very helpful and not pushy in selling products, so much so that we purchased items we intended to do so later on in the year! The 0% interest rate they are running at the moment with their sale was a fantastic way to help customers buy what they need now and spread the cost over 40 months!

My wife and I went looking for a dining table. My wife came on her own first, did the research and then I came to help with the decision making.

Ania allowed my wife the time she needed to look around before offering her assistance. This is so important when browsing as it can be quite intimidating when a member of shop staff pounces on you as soon as you walk through the door.

From then on Ania was extremely helpful and informative throughout our time at Furniture Village. She was just lovely. Thank you Ania.

Khadija was the representative I spoke to regarding a structural problem with a recently purchased/delivered sofa. She was most helpful, listened carefully to the problem and efficiently organised for a company to arrange to visit and inspect. She kindly apologised each time she had to leave me to fill forms, contact the inspection company etc.

Exceptional service from the General Manager of the Watford branch, Ash. My husband and I visited last week to get ideas and inspiration and he couldn't have been more helpful, answering all our questions and showing a fantastic range of options to suit our needs. Went back on Saturday after finalising measurements and he remembered us, immediately got me and coffee and stayed with us for our whole visit. He made the whole process of choosing, sorting delivery, and explaining the payments incredibly easy and we couldn't be happier. He truly deserves his position as General Manager as he was also ready and willing to help his colleagues without making us feel ignored or interrupted. He's clearly in the right industry as he is an honest, friendly, and professional salesman.

Mira was very accommodating and informative and looked after us very well, including going through the special fabric kits. Would recommend.

Poor customer service aftercare. Purchased a Kiara timber-base with a glass top table recently, nice design. However, glass not secured on timber-base, glass rocks/seasaws, glass sticky suckers not in line with display and glass overhangs not like shop display. Not fit for purpose.

I contacted Furniture Village Watford who sent out a technician and agreed there was issues with the table. Furniture Village aftercare Customer Service team contacted me yesterday and said there was nothing wrong with the table. It is evident that either the technician is not being honest, because there are certain task who should have carried out to check or Furniture Village are reluctant to provide the appropriate customer service support. I will be taking the matter further.
