Neil was helpful, straightforward and thorough - demonstrating the product features well and encouraging us to try it out ourselves to make sure we were happy with it, and helping make the purchase itself.

From the time we started looking at the furniture in the High Wycombe store we were well supported by knowledgeable sales staff. Having agreed on our purchases the process of setting up finance and completing our order was smooth and professional.
The delivery was well organised by two efficient and friendly people - furniture assembled with care and put in place, operation of extending table demonstrated. High class service all round - will not hesitate to use this shop again.

Marky was in my view what every sales person should be polite cheerful helpful but remaining in the background until required. He was able to answer all our questions and give advice on all options we were looking at. A very satisfying experience.

Good show room with a lot of options for furniture on display.

Ordering experience in-store was easy, couldn’t have been more than 15 mins. Accommodated our need to reschedule our delivery after our completion date moved (thanks Stewart!). Also shoutout to Joe and JT who delivered our sofas in a timely manner, built with care, and took away the cardboard boxes and all the other rubbish with them. Can’t fault the service. On top of that, the sofas are lush, high quality and definitely feels like it will last us a long time
