I have bought a few sofas from you. I think Furniture Village furniture are very well made and reasonably priced.

We visited Furniture Village at Retail Park Metrocentre on 6th September. A very pleasant gentleman called Ammo met us and offered us coffee while we browsed. He was very knowledgeable and gave us lots of information which enabled us to make a decision. Went to buy a 3 seater sofa and ended up with a 3 & a 2 seater. I say job well done 👍

The salesman, Lorne, was very helpful and attentive. He didn’t hurry us to make a decision and we were happy to deal with him upon our return to purchase our table and chairs once we had measured up.

Went in for a dining table and chairs last week. Went back this week for 2 armchairs and a footstool.
Craig is a pleasure to deal with, as is Nick the store manager. The warehouse team were a delight to have on the phone. Service was non intrusive but helpful. Everyone is approachable and knowledgeable and there’s no pressure sales at all.

First class customer service from Lorne and looking forward to the arrival of my new wardrobes.

Visit other furniture stores to compare but always go to Furniture Village for the purchase awaiting our new sofa but we needed a clock and found the one we wanted at FV looked after by a really nice and friendly sales person named Lorne

Nice relaxed atmosphere to store. Plenty of staff on hand to answer questions but not pushy. Quick and efficient purchase

Was made welcome when entering the shop. Offered tea or coffee straight away. No pressure from the salesperson. When decided on sofa different options were discussed as we didn't want an recliner. Paperwork was easy to complete and within 10 minutes. Informed when estimate delivery would and we would contacted beforehand. Have use this company and would definitely recommend to others.

Fantastic advice and guidance from Neil. We went in to buy a new sofa and because Neil understood our needs on the way out we did a u-turn and also bought mattresses and pillows! There was no pressure just a willingness to help us find what we needed. The tea and coffee was a lovely touch too. Would highly recommend.

Very good service in the shop. Delivery was not quite as efficient as we expected but they went the extra mike to get it back on track,

The service in store was exceptional from help with choosing the sofa, choice of material and going through the sale. Everything was easy and Neil Armstrong was friendly and what I liked was there was no pressure at all, he let us make our own decisions but gave the best advice. I left the store very happy as did my mum as we both purchased on the day

I found furniture village a pleasure to browse without being hounded, I always leave a store as soon as that happens, but I asked a lovely gentleman called Richard for advice and he was very helpful, I found exactly what I was looking for and left the shop feeling pleased with the service provided
