Informative sales person good information gave me time to go through colours etc. can’t wait for my new suite to arrive.

Do Not Recommend. My experience was awful from start to finish.

There was a very rude salesperson who made a highly inappropriate and disrespectful remark to me, saying, "You are just a decision maker, he (my husband) is the bank."

The delivery service was horrible. We understand that delays can happen, but on one occasion our delivery arrived at 8pm even though the scheduled delivery window was 12-2pm. It ruined our entire day.

Communication about deliveries was also very poor. As we ordered seven pieces of furniture, we expected the items to be delivered in more than one shipment. Whenever we tried to confirm what would be delivered, we were given different information by different staff members. As a result, we never knew what to expect until the day of delivery.

The company's customer service was completely ineffective. Our calls were always redirected to the Croydon store, where the line was constantly busy and nobody ever answered. The automated message asked us to leave a voicemail so that the store could call us back, but they NEVER returned a single call. Do not expect a callback.

Even when we finally managed to reach someone, the attitude was often rude and unhelpful. We were simply trying to ask questions about our delivery, but staff regularly responded aggressively and raised their voices. On one occasion, we had to ask them to calm down because it was impossible to have a civil conversation.

The furniture quality is acceptable, but the customer service is among the worst I have experienced.
They asked me to send an email to their customer service on this review, but I don’t think it’s worth trying to, after going through this process and waisting our time.

Told me me I was refused credit for £2000, After I had just been offered a 0% spend credit card from Barclays with a £6500 credit limit

I’m very happy buying my furniture in your store because it good quality and my husband bought me bed ,sofa and in 20011 until now my sofa still beautiful, and the staff there are very friendly . This time David served me I was very happy he is very patient and friendly

The Sales Consultants are always very kind polite and helpful if need their help and offers hot drinks if needed so ourselves and the extended family prefer buying from your shops. The Sales person that served us was excellent

We have always received good service and a warm welcome from all the staff in particular Sean Duplessi at the Croydon branch who we have dealt with on many occasions. We met Stacey for the first time here and she was extremely professional, helpful and friendly. We were able to complete a sale with her help. We are so look forward to receiving our new furniture.
