Paul our salesperson was very helpful and professional and knowledgeable he guided us through our choices he gave us a fantastic deal and took care talking us through the various care advice and options and lead times we will definitely be back to purchase more items and I will review our purchases when we receive them and our delivery experience when delivered

Dave went out of his way to be very helpful when I called today. Advised me on the suite I was interested in. I ordered the suite and am very pleased with it. I also ordered a nice rug to go with it. Dave was really pleasant and I enjoyed the experience visiting the shop. Thank you Dave for all your help. Xx

Very attentive staff on both occasions we visited. We found what we wanted, placed the order and paid for it. We were told at this point that delivery would be in 8 weeks but when we got home and logged in it stated that delivery would be in 12 weeks which was very disappointing.

Great customer service very knowledgeable and helpful first time shopping there and would definitely shop there again Callum was very helpful and easy to connect with. Great advice not pushy just very helpful.
