Timely and honest help to choose and order a headboard.

I called to complain about a Tempur mattress that has been causing my husband waist pain. I spoke with Khadija who was lovely, professional and very reassuring. She listened carefully and explained the next steps clearly. She sent me an email so I can submit photos for the team to look into. I feel confident my complaint is being handled well. Visited the store today and dealt with Jason who was absolutely fantastic. We purchased a sofa corner bed, mattress topper and rug. From the moment we entered the store till we left we had such a great experience. Would highly recommend and will definitely be returning for future purchases.

Our 2nd time buying from this Furniture Village, Cheadle. Some good products at reasonable prices.
Jason was ideal. Greeted us, briefly outlined some features of the sofa we were interested in, then left us to consider it. Returned when we needed him & was helpful & patiently went through features/options in more detail. Answered all our questions. Never pushy, just friendly & very helpful. If only all companies employed staff like this. Spot on.

Without a doubt the two key reasons we made are purchase were the right product and a really lovely sales person.

Our Salesperson at Cheadle Jason was mega helpful really knowledgeable and managed to get us even more discount even though our new bed has still cost us a small fortune. But what the heck it's really smart, really comfortable and we're gonna be lying in it every night.

We’ve had a great experience in furniture village at Stanley Green. Fiona has been very helpful, she was able to guide us to which sofa would better suit our needs. She helped us choose a colour and fabric and what would be the best fabric for our home life. We would definitely recommend having Fiona as a sales consultant and we wouldn’t hesitate to come back again for anything else we will need.

While bringing in the furniture one of the handlers accidentally broke my shoe case and a flower pot kept on top of the case
They assured me that they would report it on line to the company and that I would be contacted regarding suitable replacement/ compensation

We walked Into the store and sat in a few different sofas. When we sat on ‘the one’ Jason came up to us and explained all about the sofa, how the media worked and the power recliner etc. it was only the second shop we had been in and Jason was really informative but never put any pressure on us to buy. We walked away to check other shops. Within an hour or so we were back as we had fallen in love with the sofa and appreciated Jason spending the time with us to explain it all. We went back into the shop and spoke to Jason who was friendly, polite and not pushy in the slightest like we have encountered at other shops. We love our new sofa and want to thank Jason for his help. I have already spread the word about furniture village, Cheadle, it really was top class
