Furniture Village - Bolton Reviews 

I had to assemble the dining chairs on receipt.
I was not told I had to assemble them when I placed the order.
Not happy.
I also had to dispose of the packaging.

I store was fine but trying to contact them regarding my new suite is nearly impossible as they do not answer the phones and do not ring you back. Poor service Furniture Village, just because someone has bought a suite should not mean you are not bothered anymore.

Gareth Roberts, the sales manager, is the best sales representative I have ever met. He listened patiently to our requests and showed us the furniture features in detail. The deliveries of the furniture were handled by the professional and experienced team. Most importantly, the furniture bought is of very good quality.

Excellent work.I appreciated to those who remove rubbish things.

Visited the store looking for a new bed. Trevor was really attentive. Found a deal suitable for the budget and even when potential issues arose Trevor found us a work around that suited our needs.

We went to Furniture Village as recommended by our daughter and Sunny at Bolton was extremely helpful. He answered the queries we had and we were happy to order Avorio Dining Set at a reasonable price. Looking forward to receiving our new dining set when new kitchen completed.
