Found furniture direct whilst searching Internet for a cinema sofa.
Checked their website and found an ideal 3 seater sofa that ticked all the boxes. The company had good reviews and the price was very competitive so I placed an order.
Sofa was delivered in the scheduled time and I'm really happy with the service and the quality of the sofa.

Great around service
I brought my furniture on the 26th May and it was delivered on 29th may how good was that the lady even saved me £80 as I was going to pay to have it put together it was so easy to do
The delivery people were really polite and put furniture exactly where we wanted it
The price was amazing half the price of my last one
I would say a great around service from start to finnish

Tech sofa and chair
Bought a 3 seater and a chair recently with this company.
Delivery folk (external company) are impeccable.
The sofa and chair are great quality - we did have an issue with one of the centre pieces in the sofa (its the tech one) but it was replaced the next day.
The lady o the phone is professional and a delight - amara?
She ensured she replacement wouldn't wait over the weekend and went above and beyond to help :)

I still have not received my furniture…
I still have not received my furniture and you are asking me to review it! I paid £250 for delivery and two weeks later have still heard nothing about when it will arrive. Awful service.

Furniture has minor damage on the inside, torn lining , and the delivery company were not professional at all leaving the cardboard box on the drive and all of the packaging on the floor.
Apparently. You have to select an option for removal of the packaging, and probably an extra hidden charge on top of the £80 I paid to take mt old sofa away.

Abosolute joke of a company,after 13days still had no confirmation of a delivery date,to compensate this they offered to assemble my sofa and take away the packaging (fit feet and take away rubbish) I cancelled the order as if this is what I’m dealing with god forbid what would be ahead!
